I do not know. What I do know is that he increased HIS life insurance policy, when he was going around telling people that he had cancer and MS and whatnots and was going to die. :facepalm:

I hope he gets his wish. I imagine the State now knows how she operates and will have some good questions forcing her to admit to the seriousness of their relationship and how badly they both wanted and planned different scenerios to be rid of Michele. I can dream...

What the heck do we need a recess for? Just tell the defense to move it along instead of rehashing carp that does not help their case.

I'm guessing one of the jurors keeps nodding off. That's why they did a stretch and not an all out break.

They do a mid-afternoon recess every day, for about 10 minutes usually.
Is that not what this is?

Maybe they will ask her if she knew that MM was seeing another mistress at the same time they were exchanging naughty pictures and he was proposing marriage and professing his great love for her & using her to empty out the family assets by fraudulently impersonating his daughter - which, of course, resulted in her conviction and imprisonment. And, if she did know all of that, is that why she described her affair with him as casual.

I have no way of knowing this, but if I had to guess I'd say there is a possibility the judge is talking to counsel about the potential of opening doors that the defense doesn't really want to open.
