I missed it, but would say  probably. He's been doing that a lot, by bringing up stuff that the state didn't..

what is this recess for????
Is MacNeill paying for his defense team or is out of money and the state paying?
I do not know. What I do know is that he increased HIS life insurance policy, when he was going around telling people that he had cancer and MS and whatnots and was going to die.
What the heck do we need a recess for? Just tell the defense to move it along instead of rehashing carp that does not help their case.
Had to take a call.... what just happened? :waitasec: Sidebar, then recess?
:turkey: = my impression of a turkey. Nope he isn't smiling. :giggle:
Well, at this point, I think it is safe to say that the jury will not be getting the case tomorrow. :twocents:
Did MACneill ever collect life insurance after Michele died?
Good question. The judge decided to not tell us why there was a recess.
I hope he gets his wish. I imagine the State now knows how she operates and will have some good questions forcing her to admit to the seriousness of their relationship and how badly they both wanted and planned different scenerios to be rid of Michele. I can dream...
