In his self-description that was quoted in earlier threads, IIRC one of his phrases was that he "escaped a crime".

I wonder whether the reference is to being a victim of a crime he literally escaped -- like maybe his home/family was attacked when he was young and he managed to escape -- I think that's most likely, but I can't help but wonder about another interpretation, that maybe he has not escaped but "gotten away with" a crime before.
He could even mean he escaped getting caught. I.e the rape.

Off topic.. shouldn’t the book really be called “forged identity” not forge?

Does anyone have AA's Venmo link handy? I tried to find it in the links on the first page but can't seem to find it again.
I’m on mobile and can’t link from my app, but it’s the name, yellow flowers on Venmo

A female SD is a SM (sugar momma).

A Mistress is a female Master (Domme) the one in control.
Ok Diana. I’m ready to hear about AA’s profiles! Also, thank you for offering to look and summarize!

Curious but unwilling to snoop around on those sites with my cell where I have my firm email (which arguably could be viewed by the firm in limited circumstances or discovered via a subpoena). So I am happy to have a set of eyes on the sites!

I only read the first few pages, but after hearing about the fire deaths in the book I thought the title referred to "fire" identity, ie as in a forge. Being formed by heat from fire.

The lens angle is obviously different (thus why the proportions look different), and I tried my best to color-correct, but I believe these two pictures are of the same basement room (AirBNB on the left, earlier movoto image on the right). From this, it definitely looks like there used to be a door on that wall (see the white door frame marked by the blue arrow on the far right of the movoto pic)

Hi wnk,

Please provide links for the above images. If it's too late for you to edit your own post, private message me (or any other Mod/Admin) with the links and we can edit for you. Websleuths requires a link to all images (preferably a clickable link). If we don't have that link, the post will have to be removed.

Thanks.

If the burning took place over 2 days, it doesn't make any sense that he would leave poor Kenzie's body out there in sight. Dismemberment can't be determined by us, but it makes sense to have a shorter, more highly stacked burn pile, not a spread out pile more than 5' long exposed for 2 days.

Is it possible that he dug a fire pit? Then covered it back over?

A forensic excavation of the burn area was
conducted which resulted in the finding
of several charred items, that were
consistent with personal items of
ML. Other charred material
was located which has now been,
forensically has been, determined to be
female human tissue. A DNA profile of
that human tissue was obtained during
forensic testing by the Utah State lab.
That DNA profile was compared and is
consistent with the DNA profile obtained
through further forensic testing of
personal items of ML.

I may be reading more into it but that term, to me, reads as, delicately, unearthing evidence. It takes a really hot fire to burn a body to the point that it seems that he did.

Since he has an attorney, my guess is he has been advised to keep his mouth shut. Any defense attorney worth a dime makes that the first thing they tell a client - use your right to remain silent. Say nothing and do nothing and let me handle all communication.
ITA. There is no way AA's talking to LE. The cops already caught him telling lies and have the cell phone data.

Would he have had a lawyer if the case never went forward? I thought he was accused but that was it - the victim decided not to move forward with the situation? All I recall was the one letter released by the police dept but I may have missed something because things have been moving so fast!

Just a random thought... maybe he had previously consulted in the past with lawyers for some of his "business ventures" (I use that term loosely...) and got in touch with one of them and asked for a referral to a crimimal defense atty?

He may have had the same lawyer. It appears that she is fairly well known for being very confrontational to survivors (I don't ever call people who were raped victims as I want to honor the fact that they did what they had to do to survive.) and using that tactic to get charges dropped or lessened. One of the hardest thing for a survivor to do is the preparation with prosecutors because they must deal with the possible confrontation that will occur in court. These preps are often done multiple times. However, they don't compare with the terrorizing feeling that a survivor has when they are on the stand, in open court, being badgered and re-assaulted by a defense attorney.

I am all for every defendant getting a fair trial with a vigorous defense. But, I have witnessed survivors be brutalized again and again in court. It takes more courage than most can imagine to take a case forward. It is even more challenging internally if a survivor knew the perpetrator or had an intimate relationship with him/her.

A link was previously posted.
Do you remember what the answer was?
This has come up a couple of times and if it's true that he was evicted for non payment, it would be interesting to find out how he was able to purchase a home just two years later. (Or was it longer?)
Did he suddenly earn a large amount of money in a short period of time and if so, how?
I know that years ago it was easy to get a mortgage without putting alot down but I thought those days were over.

It appears that the estranged wife has granted her first interview. Odd story if it’s true.

It baffles me that so many posters think it’s strange to get an attorney or know of an attorney.

I know several criminal attorneys (snd other attorneys) and have handed one of their cards out to everyone I know. Just because he’s that good of an attorney. I have never been in trouble my entire life; but if I was I know exactly who to call.

Many do a free 30 minute consultation. I have never heard of a 1000.00 consult fee but it probably depends on where you live, type of consult etc.

Everyone has a right to an attorney!! Even murdering scumbags. Without this we would all be doomed

I have an attorney. There's not a thing wrong with knowing a good attorney. They're like doctors. I don't want to have to go to one, but I want a good one should I need one.

I still need his profile name please ....
For which account? I think for his FB it's just his real name but I don't know any others.
There may be links to his accounts at the beginning of the thread but I'm not sure if they are still active.

He can’t be deported until his sentence is over.

Thanks for clarifying this. I, for one, would not want him deported before he served time for 2 reasons.

One, I don't want him to live free somewhere without getting justice for Kenzie.

Two, if he is released to another country he can prey upon women/men/children and do the same to them. If he is convicted and serves his time here, he will most likely die in prison-- keeping other humans regardless of nationality or locality safe from this monster.

I could be wrong, but I don't think his profile name is known. There was speculation that he was possibly active on the site. Some were just perusing FetLife and thought they saw a profile that "could" be AA. Also, IIRC... We have to be sure it's him before any sharing of the info on WS.

Again, I could be wrong... Anyone/everyone feel free to correct me!

Maybe someone "privately" knows? I don't need it to be shared with me tho... My brain doesn't want it. Lol

I believe you are correct.

I wonder how it can be verified that a certain profile belongs to AA or not?
