I'm just glad that the family can start to be on the road to closure, hope this man gets death penalty if Va. has it.

And based upon the info in that article, the sex abuse charge was based on something done to the little girl, not the mom. Sounds like intent to distribute whatever was being recorded. So disgusting. Death penalty will not be adequate.

My God, this is even more heartbreaking than I thought, I couldn't help it, tears started falling reading that article linked here. That poor innocent baby and what she had to go thru. 😢

This is horrible the new charges. Everyone is in a uproar at the new station over releasing information someone said there was details released! Is this true was there an affidavit leaked?

one of the local news stations has claimed to have a copy of the complaint. The new info comes from them via that complaint. I cannot find the actual complaint anywhere so seems like they may not have been supposed to have it.

We can not sleuth family members or friends but are allowed to speak on what we seen on other sm. Correct? From what I've seen Nofsinger knew someone who lived below AK'S best friends place and was there often.

Now did they "know" each other I don't know. He obviously seen them. That's her best friend!
