VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #3

the parents had to get separate plane tickets for Amy and Brad. (this is important).

What’s the source for that, and why is it important?

I also want to make clear that if the 'Jas' photos are really Amy PRIOR to the cruise

I’m sorry, I’m not following here - where did the theory that the Jas images might be Amy prior to the cruise come from, and why?

Common sense. It's been 26+ years. The goose chases are officially over.
  • She didn't want to go on the Cruise.
  • Her father "found out she was gay"
  • We now know she actually was in a relationship with a woman.
  • The last verified sighting of Amy was in her family's suite.
  • The vacation was an award from her Father's Life Insurance Company.

Maybe I'm being dense but I'm not following what her sexual orientation has to do with her disappearance? Are people thinking she told her family she was gay, family was upset and she jumped off the balcony while on the cruise?
Right?!?! Or perhaps her FAMILY did something to her?! Which would be odd considering all their attempts to locate her. Seems like if I wanted to off a family member, and I pretty much got away with it, why on earth would I dedicate any time or money in locating them, just my own common sense opinion.

The only reason why I think it could matter is if she was in to guys, did she willingly meet up that morning with Yellow or some other guy vs. her being grabbed by him unwillingly. If she went with him willingly, that wouldn’t draw attention. If it wasn’t willingly, that would draw attention if anyone was around to see it.

As a straight woman would I be dancing with a women in a club, nope. I would if I were gay or bi.

Anyways…

Because it would be rather suspicious if you didn't, you'd have to at least give the appearance of searching for her.

That being said, I don't think her family was directly involved. If their reaction to her gayness (or something else) caused her to become suicidal, I think she acted upon it on her own. But I think it more likely she went overboard by the hands of another person/s not related to her.

That's fair! But at the same time, I would have a limit to the extent I would go.

I agree she went overboard, but I think it might've been completely accidental. Though, there's nothing to confirm that and plenty to confirm your theory. MOST theories are pretty plausible considering the information we have. If someone else was involved they've done a great job in laying low and not exposing themselves for the murderer they are. If that's the case I hope someone comes forward. Doubtful.

asked the Ramsey family....

I can see a timestamp on the original page via wayback machine on June 9th, 2004.
however, according to the website (despite which date you pull up 'Jas') it says "
Photos & video Caribbean Fantasy Tours 1987-2003.
Apparently there was 3 photos on the ad only two have been published

<modsnip - quoted post was removed>
I’m thinking that there was a planned disappearing act, and likely the sex slave thing was a decoy

I'd love to hear anything new as well.
<mod edit: corrected misquote> apparently she was seen 11 years ago. My own opinion is that she is living there under no duress and is living under a new name. Firstly whether she left the boat on her own freewill or was forced or kidnapped as often suggested is open for debate though the duration of time and whatever has gone on in her life has obviously shaped it. As it goes, AAV is defunct though I am sure that certain individuals will have carried on under a new title. Amy was seen with Alfred Cotten in the Mil in 2005. Having a meal and a drink. For someone who is a sex slave etc I find that odd freely having dinner with dodgy people. She was probably recruited as a drug mule, maybe she is now wealthy, owns a house runs a bar etc

Are you talking about the one where the person is in a nightclub(or something like that)? If so, I don’t know where it came from, but seem to recall that it was later determined not to be the same person who’s in the ‘Jas’ pictures from the brothel. I’ll see if I can dig up a reference.

No, the escort photos with the woman in lingerie. Three pictures of "Jas" have circulated but only two were found in the archives of that adult vacations website.

**UPDATE**, I googled "image enhancer" and look what happened. It took less than 2 minutes to get the same "new Amy" from the "Old Amy" photo.

So I can 100% say that this photo is NOT new. I can say that it's the same image from AAV someone just used a website like <modsnip - link to random software> and it gave me the EXACT SAME RESOLUTION as the "New Amy" photo.

So nothing new on the photo.. I will say IMO it looks more like a 40-45 year old woman and not a 20something..

UPDATE 2: Here's the other Photo. It looks like New Tech/AI can do amazing upscaling. I don't believe it's Amy whatsoever. aumentar a qualidade da foto
ai tools have made it incredibly easy to aumentar a qualidade da foto within minutes many upscaling websites can enhance details and resolution but that doesn’t mean the image itself is new technology is impressive but it’s important to verify sources before assuming an image is recent

"In the morning, when her parents and her brother woke, Amy was gone," Sheridan said in a video included in the release.

The recurring thought in my mind every time I read about this case is, "Her family deserves closure more than anything." Twenty-seven years and you have no definitive answer as to whether your daughter is alive or dead, or how she died if she did. Well all have our theories and opinions as to what happened, but no one knows for certain. Absolutely horrible and something no human should ever have to experience.

As long as I live, and as long as this case remains in the state it is in, I will pray for answers for the Bradley family.
