What disturbs me is that BL knows this child is dead and has admitted Aveion is dead...but hasn't told them where the body is?

WSLS reporter Megan Farley said that this is a 'death investigation' not a murder investigation and said that LE made no comment either way about the mother of Aveion.

After how she acted/looked in that video I'd be very surprised that she didn't know something about this and that the story was a lie.

OMG!!! BL is in custody but not charged. They believe the child was dead before the 911 call was made. LE does not have a body. Lots of inconsistencies in BL's statements led LE to this conclusion.

Unfortunately we had it right...and we knew it before LE did...

ETA: LE is continuing the search for Aveion's body.

So very, very sorry little Aveion...

:furious::furious::furious: Dam it!!! I wanted to believe his bs story so badly in the hopes that little Aveion would come home. I knew when I saw the mom hanging on the wall - there was no way this little guy was coming back.

Aveion - fly with the Angels sweetie, you will be safe now forevermore.

Just got home from the vet and found out too. It's not too often that all of our hinky meters are going off the charts and we end up wrong. Poor little baby.

I know,I guess we hear and see so much after awhile we just start to know.So sad,he's such a cute little guy.

We all knew it made no sense from the onset. Three kidnappers, tying up a 4 year old, getting hit in the face, writing a ransom note and taking a child.

I only pray now that they find Aveion and bring him home to rest. Not sure that I want him brought home to his mother though, maybe the uncle who was not comfortable with the way things went down.

I am so :furious: right now that I could "punch him in the face."

I wonder if they were in a fight and Avieon got hurt or he hurt him and Morgan hit Brandon.Or another frickin drug related incident.I hope with case after case of this happening,it will cause any family member in bad situations to step up and get the kids out before something happens.

ETA -- JVM talking about how she & nobody on her panel believed BL's story.....talking about BL's body language - said he looked guilty....they're playing that vid now of him with the cap on looking down at the ground.

Mike G. doesn't believe the story either.

ETA -- I missed some of what was said because of a phone call -- did anybody else hear the male talking head say something about "died from exposure...thought he was dead & left him outside"?

JVM asked a reporter with Roanoke Times about social services involvement...she said she didn't know.

Judge Marilyn Milian saying she suspects the 4yo's story is what is trapping BL...she thinks charges will be brought soon.

The reporter saying the 4yo & Aveion are stepchildren of BL.

John Lucich, criminal investigator, saying there could be charges to whoever punched up BL's face.

Judge saying it's not rocket science to figure out who's lying.

Our local news just reported that little Aveion was not abducted and they have the stepfather in custody, the stepfather has said that Aveion was dead before the 911 call was ever made. I am heartbroken. How could he or any adult hurt a child. I will never understand this.

Yes - that man said it may be possible that Aveion wasn't dead when he was left for dead wherever he was left and that's it's possible Aveion died of exposure.

We know something happened to BL's face...

Could his wife punched him in the face when she found out what happened? A ring could account for what appeared to me to be a scratch & whelp on the cheek and the fist/knuckles could have busted his lip... OR

Wonder if little Aveion threw a toy and hit BL in the face and caused him to fly into a rage? OR

Could BL have been in a fight with someone and Aveion got caught in the middle?

Gonna be interesting to hear how this plays out...
