Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a woman who has been missing from her Portsmouth home for three weeks.

Police spokeswoman Ann Hope said that Bianca Iris Santiago, 59, was last seen on Sept. 4 on Rodman Avenue.

She is described as a 4-foot-11, 100-pound Hispanic woman.

Anyone with information can call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
