It could go that way, or it could come out today what happened. The dad seems to be open to telling LE he was leaving the kids alone frequently.
I see parents hold out on information when they've beaten a child to death. It seems in this case, if he was overwhelmed and left the kids alone and discovered the child dead, courts might go a little easier. Especially if there are witnesses who say he was doing the best he could and was otherwise loving, just completely incapable.
Respectfully, It might go either way in another state or city but not Hampton Viginia, not another Buckroe kid.
HPD have extensive experience and success. HPD was able to locate the body of Noah Tonkin, one of the most horrific murders in Virginia. He lived in Buckroe, as well. He was cut up, dumped found at the Hampton Steam Plant, the one just searched.
I, as many on the thread actually threw up and ill, when the autopsy report was released. He was reported to have "walked off", by his heroin addicted mother. The community has still not recovered and it will be years before we forget. Sentencing March 2022.
GUILTY - VA - Noah Tomlin, 2, autistic, brutally murdered, Hampton, 24 June 2019 *ARREST* #2
Virginia mom pleads guilty to murdering two-year-old son who has autism
"Imagine a baby with missing limbs, missing body parts, and a skull with just a few hair strings," said Commonwealth Attorney Anton Bell.
On June 24, Julia reported Noah missing from their
Buckroe Beach mobile home.
Authorities searched for him for over a week.
.....
"This two-year-old died horrifically at the hands of the mother, who had given a story that the child had drowned and we were looking for this child," Bell said.
However, when investigators entered her home, they made a disturbing discovery.
"There was blood on a wall, there was blood on his sheets, there was blood on T-shirts," said Bell.
Julia was arrested for murder, even though Noah's body was still missing at the time.
Days later, the little boy's body was found in stuffed in a diaper box and triple bagged, decomposing at the Hampton Steam Plant.
....
But Bell says the truth is clear -- he was beaten to death, stuffed in a box, and dumped out like trash.
"I don't call this case justice, I call this accountability," he said. "This community mourns and is still mourning the loss of Noah."
No, he won't find a sympathetic judge or jury in our state. Nope, ain't happening...
All my opinion and I will never get over NT, such a beautiful, sweet angel.
