At or after 3 am if I understand correctly. Abduction was at 7:55 pm.

Saw 3am on a bunch of MSM too. I created thread around 12:50am CST and the Amber Alert was issued very shortly before that. But yes, still a gap in time there.

Exactly. I understand there is a process to go thru but it has to be faster. So many times the child is deceased before the alert is issued.

What I really do not understand was why this woman was meeting him to discuss custody issues when his rights are revoked / terminated (?) right now. Maybe it is just me, but if this was my child's father there is no way I'd meet up with him alone to go over a custody issue. I'd save that stuff for court. There has to be more than what has been released.

I'm really scared for this poor innocent baby.

If he is constantly threatening them, why would the mother agree to take the baby and meet with this man? Is it possibly bad reporting? Now if this guy was stalking the mother that would make more sense.

In the past few weeks, Metzger said, another family member would always be with Murphy and Emma when they left home; however, Sunday night, that was not the case when Murphy stopped at the Kwik Stop.

Metzger said apparently Kennedy was following Murphy and then kidnaped Emma at 7:55 p.m. Sunday.

Scared for Emma. It doesn’t seem like he has much to lose. Out on bail. What is his end plan here. How can he possibly think he can raise Emma and everyone will just be lah-dee-dah about it all. Cash reward offered for the safe return of Emma Grace Kennedy

The Danville Police Department said Monday afternoon that a private citizen, Scotty Owen, has stepped forward and offered a $1,000 cash reward for the safe return of Emma Grace Kennedy, a seven month old from Danville.

I'm not one who likes to blame the victim, but I am very confused. If he is constantly threatening them, why would the mother agree to take the baby and meet with this man? Is it possibly bad reporting? Now if this guy was stalking the mother that would make more sense.

According to the sister she was not meeting him. He must have been following.
