No. And the ones that were texts, they were incoming to him. You can tell that's not how he types, but that's just my opinion. Maybe his team will touch on this tomorrow.

Maybe, but what do they have to do with the claim or the counterclaim? Texts from 2017, after the divorce about a woman that has not one thing to do with the case?

The pic where AH is standing with that piece of paper in front of her…the writing on that paper is VERY similar to what was scribbled all over the bathroom.

Agreed. There are photos of ''the love journal'' where you can see her writing as well. Very similar. Also I think both JD and AH wrote on that mirror. JD never said he didn't, it's AH that claims she didn't write anything. And I definitely believe she wrote with her lipstick on the mirror.

When he was being questioned by AH team, the attorney said to JD, something like :

"You do know that you submitted these texts to us, don't you? These all came from your side"

Why would JD's team submit these?

Apparently one of the points of contention is that JD's side accidentally disclosed texts from the past 10 years in the UK trial. They had not intended to disclose everything. In that trial Amber was not at defendant, and so was not subject to discovery. This time around she was court ordered to turn over all of her texts and photos etc by Nov 2021, and she has refused to. There is a motion for sanctions pending.

NO, they are limited to the subject of her counterclaim only. They can only discuss how his attorney ruined her career and lost her 100 million in job opportunities.

I think Chanley is incorrect about AH team only having an hour to get it all done. They will get a fresh 2 hours for the closing. That leaves them an hour for cross examinations at end of JD case.

Look at the defendant's behaviour here - it's so... I don't even know what word to use. Any sympathy I ever had for her or her team is gone (well, it was gone quite a while ago but). Yes, AH assaulted her partner 13 yrs ago, who's fault is that? Imagine if the roles were reversed?

EB's whole 15 mins of fame is so ridiculous. AH looked furious during KM's testimony and then smirked and laughed during JD's testimony. ugh...

It seems a lot of youtube lawyers and commentators have been talking about those terrible texts presented today that were supposedly sent/written by Johnny. It seems many of them believe the way they were portrayed today in court was not accurate....like they were incoming text, there were mulitple people on those texts, there was a group chat, etc...

It made me wonder since Johnny's team has so much time left, could they possibly find an expert of some sort to testify tomorrow to address this so it clears it up? I hate the idea of the jury being left with the impression Johnny wrote those if he really did not.

Yes, I posted something earlier without realizing it wasn’t approved. So it was removed. As you I hope it gets cleared up. The jury needs to know the truth of the matter if there was anything presented in error.

I don’t think she meant AH team only has an hour left in the whole trial. She has consistently reported that both sides will have 2 hours each to present closing arguments on Friday . The countdown clock will not affect that.

Just thinking back at trials I've watched. When Johnny was testifying today she reminded me of Jodi Aries at trial. He is lucky he isn't in pieces. jmo.

Just catching up with Vinnie on some of JD’s testimony that I missed today. He said Whitney has been getting “the dirty end of the stick” for life. A “lackey” “the punching bag” wow!! All the while AH is laughing or looking smug at this testimony.

This is so crazy! I don’t know what to think.

I wonder what Whitney is thinking after hearing this. It would be nice if she would wake up.

That^^^ sounds like they have to include the rebuttal in that hour and 16, the way it is worded. Or is that just me? lol

That is what they’re saying… but closing arguments aren’t the same as her rebuttal case.

IMO everyone is correct at the moment.

1:16 to both cross remaining JD witnesses and put on her rebuttal.

The rest of time until Friday morning when closing arguments start, is then JD’s team’s to waste.

Lol. Perhaps I’m confused but I think it’s correct that AH only has an hour and 16 minutes AFTER JD calls his last witness tomorrow.
AH will then Cross examine his witness and then call their final rebuttal witnesses ( apparently AH herself will be one) all within that hour, 16 minutes.
You said this can’t be right because they will have a fresh 2 hours for closing arguments.
Are you considering closing arguments as part of Rebuttal?
