Like Johnny Depp, the actress is back on the stand for a second time as a rebuttal witness.

What are you opinions about Johnny's finger injury now?

I think that it can't be determined how exactly it happened, but JD's description is more believable. I know JD describes the incident, but I'm not confident that in the confusion of the moment that he's exactly sure how it happened himself. But I do think that her throwing the bottle was the inciting incident, as it were.

You can blow the bottom out of a glass bottle without injuring your hand with shards of glass. I've seen it done a few times. The story that JD said could easily be plausible.
