My sincere wish is that the judge throws out the plea agreement with nanny. And goes with 30 years.

I am unconvinced him doing this was wise but I am hoping for a conviction, so, am glad he did. He always wants to show how he is the smartest, has an answer for everything, etc., that kind of arrogance seems consistent to me with someone who would devise this and think he’d get away with it. Thinking of Christine, V and Joe, it’s just sickening. Again, I think there is an element of a thrill kill for him, even now he has an odd affect on the stand like he is performing and he keeps glancing at the jury to see how it is landing. I am glad that local LE seemed to clock him as suspicious very quickly. And that Joe’s family and friends came forward with information the day of. May the victims get justice. Jmooo.

BB & John Carroll were a defense disaster.

"Thrill" is an interesting concept because when BB was remembering and telling the jury how it all began with the sexual relationship with JM his facial expressions looked like he was reliving it and still found it exciting/thrilling and that thrill it very well may have carried over to murdering CB.

The thought of ever telling JM no obviously never crossed his mind.

Carroll brought out the worst in BB which showed the jury why the CW has charged him with the murders of CB & JR.

If the CW wants/needs JM they can call her again to testify to rebut anything from BB's testimony.

If she refuses to testify or won't answer questions or is caught lying I believe the plea deal could be off.

She can't plead the 5th.either.

He almost appeared to be enjoying “showing off” on the stand, he pulled hot girl, he has friends who throw him parties in NY, people bring him presents, he’s moving up at work, etc.,…excited and being on trial for this is a very strange juxtaposition. I saw it too. Jmooo.

I’m inclined to think the reason he mentioned his birthday is because he wanted people to know that he actually had friends. And going further in saying that his friends were having a party for him. He is so well respected by his friends that they are doing something nice for him. What a super guy I am

This part of the testimony is so damning. Most innocent people would answer with a simple NO.

He sounded like a middle aged man who was under a spell. And no one believes that.

I find it very odd that he says 'when Christine died', and doesn't use the words killed or murdered.

I think it's to do with him not labelling what he did, but he doesn't see how that's revealing of his lack of anger.

He is showing signs of not being able to manage his own script with authentic language, emotion and corresponding facial expression, IMO.

The lack of anger is astounding, to me. He wants to make it seem as if it's just ridiculous he would do such a thing, but that's sarcasm aimed at the prosecutors, not anger about Christine's murder or anger at being set up. I'm still not sure if he's going to say Christine did the Fetlife stuff, or if Juliana masterminded the whole thing.

I am a little shocked the Defense keeps asking the Defendant if he EVER touched anybody else's devices. That's a good way to have your client lie under oath.

Name me a spouse who has NEVER touched the other spouse's device. To answer the phone for them, to take a photo because their phone is handy, to charge it for them, to watch a youtube video they want to show you, etc.
