BB: I never used any of CB's. She had her own and I had my own.

Defense: (on the morning of "the situation") did you manipulate any of her devices?

BB: no.... not that I remember.

Wha huh?

If you never did, what's to remember about?

I don't believe him and I don't think the jury will either.

He probably accused her of cheating. Like cheaters do.

I think he said she cheated because he hopes it'll neutralize his cheating.

I hope it doesn't.

I also think it's not true.

Reminiscent of Chad Daybell making his Tammy out to be an invalid that could barely drag herself out of bed.

And her friends and family testified about Tammy attending clogging classes and training for a 5K. Or was it a marathon?

I sincerely doubt a Mom with a baby, and full time job as a nurse even had the time or interest to have an affair.

IMO, it was odd how he described what he was supposed to be doing that Friday. He said his friends in NY were throwing him a birthday party, so he was driving up there with his daughter that evening. So was the party supposed to be on Sat? Obviously after the zoo and his work day they would not be leaving until later afternoon and its a trek up to LI. Also, it wasn't a milestone birthday, that seems unusual to do for an out of town friend. And why wouldn't they have it when CB could also attend?

I’m inclined to think the reason he mentioned his birthday is because he wanted people to know that he actually had friends. And going further in saying that his friends were having a party for him. He is so well respected by his friends that they are doing something nice for him. What a super guy I am🤮

'Cept he was eating his big birthday cookie that morning, before his made-to-ordee McDonald's breakfast at the loop-de-loop.

His friends got it for him. He must be a pretty important guy, with the long birthday.

On another message board someone claiming to be a neighbor, and this was many many months ago said they stopped by the night of Brendan‘s birthday and he was talking about his new phones, showing it off, etc.. The neighbor said they had brought him something that night. We kept kind of joking with this person about what grown man brings another grown man a birthday present and he finally said it was food/cookies. Just a birthday treat. Well, I still find that odd, apparently it’s true! Of course it’s hearsay since it’s from another another website but would be an awfully strange coincidence that Brendan said that today when this person claimed this many months ago online. At this point, I wonder if it was a parent of an At this point, I wonder if it was a parent of a kid he coached or something like that. All this speculation are just my rambling thoughts/opinions!

I'm curious if the CW will now be bringing in witnesses to rebut BB's testimony?

I hope so. BB is ego-fragile and he can’t stand the thought of anyone not thinking that he is superior.

Highlights from today:

CW took only 15 min to dispatch of the defense’s expert witness who spent 2.5 days testifying.

BB saying during his testimony that there was “no plan” or fetlife and telegram accounts yet at the time he and JM went to NYC (and his attorney catching it and trying to save it).

BB describing a picture of him and his wife saying it looks like her head was cut off (poor word choice, could have said cropped).

Carroll having BB describe what led to him essentially having to take a dump in the McDonald’s bathroom the day of the incident.

Looking forward to the cross.

This is a picture from Christine's Instagram showing her and Brendan at the Mud Run in 2015. This may be the photo entered into evidence yesterday. (Court evidence not updated yet)

Christine has what appears to be an abrasion on her left shin. The defense may want to use this as evidence to counter the CW testimony of Christine's bleeding disorder.

@ 34:35 Peter says as the case goes on he's more and more confident that the CW would lose this case without Juliana.

I disagree with my #1 go-to guy and remain committed to there was enough "circumstantial evidence" to convict both. 🤣

Usually micro transactions expressions are fleeting, if you slow it down a bit, esp with sound off, it is startling to me how much of the time BB looks self congratulatory or to have a small smile. Duper’s Delight? He and Juliana both seem cold and self justifying, exactly the kinds of people who might do something so evil, esp the plotting over time. Jmooo. I hope he is convicted and JPM gets more time.

Yep, "smirks" and @50:14 Peter addresses BB's "no emotion" when telling the jury about his goodbye (final) to his wife that he claims to have loved so much on the morning she was murdered.
Not good.

Poor guy.
That wasn't part of "the plan" 🤣
I am unconvinced him doing this was wise but I am hoping for a conviction, so, am glad he did. He always wants to show how he is the smartest, has an answer for everything, etc., that kind of arrogance seems consistent to me with someone who would devise this and think he’d get away with it. Thinking of Christine, V and Joe, it’s just sickening. Again, I think there is an element of a thrill kill for him, even now he has an odd affect on the stand like he is performing and he keeps glancing at the jury to see how it is landing. I am glad that local LE seemed to clock him as suspicious very quickly. And that Joe’s family and friends came forward with information the day of. May the victims get justice. Jmooo.

Check, check check.

" the three criteria that a suspect must fulfill to be convicted of a crime:"

  • Motive:a reason/ motivation to commit the crime
  • Means:the ability and tools necessary to commit the crime
  • Opportunity:adequate chance(s) to commit the crime
