Besides chewing on his teeth, he keeps darting his eyes between his attorney and the jury. It comes across as furtive.

My general sense of BB is that he does not appear to be likable to me. He seems arrogant, snarky, and with little emotion. He is constantly looking at the jury when he speaks (he may have been coached to do that) and he seems to be acting. If my wife were killed by a person, there would be true expressions of anger, grief etc even years after the event. I would also have difficulty answering questions and talking about the scene in the bedroom which he does not seem to have. He does not evoke sympathy IMO.

Name me another dog that goes out 20x a day.

He says the dog was frantic. She was chattering, growling, spinning around.

Let's see how detailed he is for what's coming.

Just like at the hospital IMO. So busy trying not to look guilty that he's forgotten to feign caring.

Usually micro transactions expressions are fleeting, if you slow it down a bit, esp with sound off, it is startling to me how much of the time BB looks self congratulatory or to have a small smile. Duper’s Delight? He and Juliana both seem cold and self justifying, exactly the kinds of people who might do something so evil, esp the plotting over time. Jmooo. I hope he is convicted and JPM gets more time.
Ooh I do believe I've spotted that body language expert in the gallery. She said she was going to try to get there today, and report back on juror's reactions.

Why no regret that he didn't call 911, that he didn't hurry faster, you know, to have been able to stop the attack earlier?

Rhetorical.

I find it very odd that he says 'when Christine died', and doesn't use the words killed or murdered.

I think it's to do with him not labelling what he did, but he doesn't see how that's revealing of his lack of anger.

He is showing signs of not being able to manage his own script with authentic language, emotion and corresponding facial expression, IMO.

The lack of anger is astounding, to me. He wants to make it seem as if it's just ridiculous he would do such a thing, but that's sarcasm aimed at the prosecutors, not anger about Christine's murder or anger at being set up. I'm still not sure if he's going to say Christine did the Fetlife stuff, or if Juliana masterminded the whole thing.
Yes that is a very strange phrasing 'when Christine died'. as if by natural causes. No anger, no shock. How about "when my wife was brutally murdered in our bedroom by the terrible person she met online" but those words probably never came to his mind.

He searched the large room. Wide open room. Didn't see anyone.

There was a bedroom but I guess he didn't look in there. Oh, wait, now he did.

Wha huh?

He thought someone was in the house but he let Juliana and his daughter come in the basement.

This is outrageously not credible.

OMG!
BB let JM and VB into the basement knowing there was a strange man in the house and he didn't know where the man was and he then did a feeble search.

Defense trying hard to portray BB as LE, just checking the house thoroughly, but NOTHING about what he did says that.

Lily's dog bowl was in the basement, food spilled.

Lily is today yesterday's McDonald's.

So much unnecessary detail.

Witness heard the defendant's testimony and approached the State!!
Have you seen a witness list from the CW and defense that was made public?
Some trials make it available.

Yep, BB said he didn't check the basement thoroughly.

How many words can one person use in order to stall interminable?

My daughter had Lily and a baby gate to protect her. Drop the child endangerment charges.

  • #1,017
What exactly did Juliana allegedly call him about?

He thought there was an intruder but didn't hurry? Didn't call out to his wife? Didn't call LE buddies for back-up?

Not credible.

Oh yes, forgot, he checked the fridge too, to see if the forgotten packed lunches were safe.

BB letting his daughter in the house speaks volumes.

Following this case via YouTube from the UK.

This guy is guilty. The end.

Poor Christine and poor child and poor Joe and all the people who loved them.

Hilarious that he's leaning towards blaming it all on Julianna. If that were true, why didn't you flip Brendan? Why didn't you spill your guts?

Slack jawed, balding, boring average man.
