Next, termination of his parental rights. And let this little girl go home to her maternal grandparents.

Jenna Sands on Juliana's leniency - I wouldn't describe it as a sweetheart deal. She faces 10 years. it's a reflection of her cooperation. In order to get her to tell the truth there had to be something. It will never account for the lives she was responsible for taking. The judge is free to sentence her as she chooses within the statutory limits.

Descano jumped in there quickly to defend Juliana's deal. He said she is still facing upto 10 years in prison. I thought she was supposed to get time served? Aren't they going to argue for that at sentencing for her? This is bs.
In getting JM to cooperate the CW is recommending time served to the judge.
The judge has options, agree with the CW's time served and JM is booted out of the country or give her anywhere between the 1-10 yrs.
Now that BB was found guilty and the jury obviously believed enough of JM's testimony I am concerned the judge will agree with the CW or go real light.
imo

I think she will get the max (minus time served), then get deported back home where she will wreck havoc on someone else's life. My prediction.

Did they really need JM’s confession for this outcome? I just wish she got more time. Ten years max……..if that I do hope they are a rough ten.

I’d say that Descano was doing whiplash damage control. He began with trying to aggressively get ahead of what the public saw and then touching on individual things. He was defending their process. No doubt that he has received off the record opinions, directly and indirectly.

I just heard yesterday that Sands wore Uggs last week, is that correct? I missed that. It doesn’t matter how cold it is, you bring a pair of appropriate shoes to change into.

“In the meantime apply more pressure to this part of my neck.”
And i read that there were numerous stab wounds, when someone asked him about the blood on his hands (either in the ambulance or the hospital) he said he had his hand over the “wound” but after the dr told him she bled out from the stab wounds he said b/c there were “so many”

Don't forget how he stuck his finger in there. I guess that's how he determined they were deep wounds. As one does.

I'm sorry CB.

You deserved a divorce and the freedom to live your life forward.

And BB and JM deserved each other. Wish they would have exiled themselves and left everybody else alive.

See same as us, maybe no one would blink here either. I have about 3 pairs of them and I wear them all year round, they were actually not designed for cold/snow they were designed for surfers in Australia, or thats how it started anyway.

I have them on right now but I don’t think it’s appropriate in some professions. If my attorney was wearing them in a murder case of a family member I wouldn’t like it. It’s a serious matter. I see it as a lack of respect and professionalism in a murder trial. The association is casual and laid back. imo
