Next, termination of his parental rights. And let this little girl go home to her maternal grandparents.
I agree but at the same time i think its unfortunate they have to pay for their sons wrongs.Next, termination of his parental rights. And let this little girl go home to her maternal grandparents.
maybe they will get visitation.....I agree but at the same time i think its unfortunate they have to pay for their sons wrongs.
In getting JM to cooperate the CW is recommending time served to the judge.Jenna Sands on Juliana's leniency - I wouldn't describe it as a sweetheart deal. She faces 10 years. it's a reflection of her cooperation. In order to get her to tell the truth there had to be something. It will never account for the lives she was responsible for taking. The judge is free to sentence her as she chooses within the statutory limits.
Descano jumped in there quickly to defend Juliana's deal. He said she is still facing upto 10 years in prison. I thought she was supposed to get time served? Aren't they going to argue for that at sentencing for her? This is bs.
I think she will get the max (minus time served), then get deported back home where she will wreck havoc on someone else's life. My prediction. In getting JM to cooperate the CW is recommending time served to the judge.
The judge has options, agree with the CW's time served and JM is booted out of the country or give her anywhere between the 1-10 yrs.
imo

I’d say that Descano was doing whiplash damage control. He began with trying to aggressively get ahead of what the public saw and then touching on individual things. He was defending their process. No doubt that he has received off the record opinions, directly and indirectly.
I just heard yesterday that Sands wore Uggs last week, is that correct? I missed that. It doesn’t matter how cold it is, you bring a pair of appropriate shoes to change into.
In Canada Uggs are a staple lol but i hear you, not to court maybe?Ummm....pass on that. It has been darn cold. I wore Ugg boots to work, I have some very stylish black ones.

“In the meantime apply more pressure to this part of my neck.”
And i read that there were numerous stab wounds, when someone asked him about the blood on his hands (either in the ambulance or the hospital) he said he had his hand over the “wound” but after the dr told him she bled out from the stab wounds he said b/c there were “so many”
See same as us, maybe no one would blink here either. I have about 3 pairs of them and I wear them all year round, they were actually not designed for cold/snow they were designed for surfers in Australia, or thats how it started anyway.Well, I live in Montana, no one would blink.

I get it, it wouldnt be my first choice for court. I wouldnt want to risk one thing that might cause a juror to look at me sideways or not take me seriously. People have opinions, if it was just about me i wouldn’t care but when youre representing in a murder trial, its a little different.I have them on right now but I don’t think it’s appropriate in some professions. If my attorney was wearing them in a murder case of a family member I wouldn’t like it. It’s a serious matter. I see it as a lack of respect and professionalism in a murder trial. The association is casual and laid back. imo
The jurors didn’t care…we have been covered in snow, ice and single digit temps for over a week.I get it, it wouldnt be my first choice for court. Only my opinion, but I wonder about his mother paying JM’s lawyer until she didn’t like JM turning state’s witness. I can only imagine what kind of narrative has been going on in the Herndon home. And what is the motivation for not allowing visitation with V’s mother’s family. The situation has an Adelson vibe, IMO.I agree but at the same time i think its unfortunate they have to pay for their sons wrongs.
May not be so rough. How much you bet she makes .friends” with some prison guards, if she hasn’t already. OMO.Did they really need JM’s confession for this outcome? I just wish she got more time. Ten years max……..if that I do hope they are a rough ten.
