I don't see why the "3" BB players are lumped as "one"....they each had a car
what if ONE of them came back for Morgan...without the knowledge of the others?

Have they searched their cars? Why no more info on this??

I think the LE and family have downplayed Morgan's condition...it sounds more and more like she may have been impaired

I also question the friends....what is the real story here?? why did a friend have her keys?? why did she leave the arena??

when she called the so called "friends" didn't anyone question WHY she was outside the gates??

This case has odd earmarks of "tip toeing" around ...I hope the LE is doing some hard questions here

Well presumably the eyewitness accounts cited by LE come, in part, from those very UVA basketball players. So they wouldn't have had to circle back for her; they could have abducted her and then made up the hitchhiking story.

There is no evidence yet that she may have been intoxicated. Let's wait and see on that one.

I, too, would like to know if they searched the cars of the UVA basketball players. And how long after the disappearance that was performed.

There are no video camera's setup inside or outside the venue

(snipped)

I have heard the opposite -- that there are cameras that film the crowd coming through the doors.

I agree. I'm not saying she was falling down out of it, but I think she could have been on something other than just alcohol or pot. Maybe 'E'?

IMO, the location the purse was found could either be where she was abducted or staged to look like she was abducted from there.

Do the arena cameras record the people, or just set up to watch live?

ETA.

They are surveillance cameras and the LE this:

Police have reviewed surveillance camera footage from the John Paul Jones Arena and surrounding area, but Lt. Rader said Wednesday that nothing has come of that effort.

ITA or she was out of it and dropped it without noticing.

I keep thinking that the BB players provide "alibi" for each other...what if two of them are innocent and giving truthful info....but ONE of them is not?

it would only take ONE

if all 3 were involved they may have broken down by now..the one less involved might have cracked or felt remorse or ...

it is hard to keep a conspiracy going it seems...but if ONE of them came back??

I have not heard anything about their cars...and that is something that has been bugging me. The fact that each of them has his OWN car nags at me.

Why is everyone acting like it's tantamount to saying "she deserves whatever happened" to admit she was probably impaired?? After reading everything for weeks now it seems like MH and her friends were serious partiers. MH being "impaired" is the logical cause for all the unexplained behavior.Maybe the friends were used to this(hence the lack of panic when she went off)Planning on getting "impaired" is the most obvious reason for the others to have the keys. In our blame the victim view of crime keeping this secret is essential to garnering public sympathy.I for one ,firmly believe ANYONE even a wasted 20yr. old girl is entitled to basic safety.

Interesting. I always took "nothing has come of it" to mean MH was not spotted on video, but it doesn't say that at all. NHCOI could well mean that they saw her wandering alone outside, maybe even how she got outside, maybe engaging in a confrontation or more with one or more security guards (male or female), maybe even walking off with the four white guys, but have checked that all out, so the video adds nothing further. idk.

Has anyone seen confirmation that AS, the player who was suspended for 3 games for "missing a practice for personal reasons" and JT, the player who is on "indefinite leave" to deal with personal issues were 2 of the 3 players MH interacted with that night? Limo driver described tall black men, and it has been confirmed it was UVA basketball players (and I think 3, though I saw someone say 4...I think it was the 4 guys then the 3 basketball players).

3 cars makes sense if they drive to practice and don't live together.

If they were the eyewitnesses to hitchhiking and/or turned in the purse (I've not yet seen the latter one proposed, fwiw), I'm dubious.

This case is driving me crazy. Okey first some of us think the friends acted strange. Now some of us think the bb players acted strange. Could it be maybe these people are having issue's not related to Morgan at all and thats why there not playing basketball? I just hate to start seeing everyone as a monster in this situation. I still think it was probably some sicko that grabed her.:twocents:

I don't disagree that it was probably some sicko that grabbed her, and I think I was very careful to ask questions rather than state they were acting strangely or that anyone was a monster in this situation. Really, it's not about the blame to me as much as keeping focused on the search to find Morgan, and hoping LE has explored all threads.

Does anyone know if there are any traffic light cams in the area? If LE thinks she hitched a ride then she should show up in one. We have these back home.

What type of traffic light cams? we have "traffic light cams" but these don't record continuously they just use sensors to take a pic if someone is running the light and if they are taking video they don't store all of it only clips when there is a violation. There may be traffic light cams that record and store everything non stop but i have not heard of them.

No, this has not yet been confirmed. But the coincidence is intriguing.

I have been told by someone who is in contact with investigators that AS was one of them, but not yet sure about the other...I must stress though that this person has said that LE had by then (2 days ago) absolutely no reason to jump to suspicions about these 2 or that it had anything to do with MH's disappearance

I have a few pages to catch up on -which limo driver-the driver who saw MH walking through the parking lot as stated by our WSer?

There are no video camera's setup inside or outside the venue, and it wasn't a head wound, according to LE, she fell/slipped and cut her chin on something.

As far as the pocketbook, if it were the only thing she was carrying it's hard for me to believe that she accidentally dropped it and didn't notice immediately, unless she was out of it.
Anything is possible, but most women would recognize if their pocketbook fell off their shoulder/back while walking.

I am shocked no surveillence outside. yikes!
ok, thanks a chin wound.
yes, I agree!
