Actually it looks like they took a picture of a photo and did so at an angle instead of parallel, which makes the lower part of his face, cheeks, chin look bigger. He's a cutie-pie and my heart aches for him and his family. I pray he's found soon and unharmed.
It's an observation. It might be important. Until we know more about the monster who abducted him, we just don't know what info is and isn't important.
The figure, though the back is turned towards the camera, looked male to me (short hair, perhaps a hint of a light goatee style beard, clothing colors subdued and seemingly masculine).
That was my first thought. My niece had leukemia as a toddler and the steroids made her face look exactly like that, and she was even the same age as Noah. Of course steroids can be given for a variety of illnesses and I’m in no way implying Noah has leukemia! MOO, speculation, etc.
Oh my gosh! Was just reading the thread from the beginning and saw this! What wonderful news. It’s good to have a happy outcome.
