I hope the jury gives you the best imaginable gift ever today.

Day 3 of lemon water fasting for me. I may have to break down at supper and make myself a carrot/apple/pear in my juicer. Hoping and praying today is the day, trying to remain positive but I feel if they don't do it today, then they've taken M1 off the table.

Why are people fasting? My gosh 3 days of lemon water.......I would have a major headache by now and have zero energy.....sorry, can't do it.

Odd she knows him well enough to call him KIRK..

It's a letter from Jodi's mother attempting to keep Kirk Nurmi from leaving the case as he wanted to do. I am not trying to be mean it just brings up questions for me as I find some of it really bizarre. In it she writes...

Jodi doesn't deserve to be tried for the death penalty.
That has nothing to do with keeping Nurmi on the case. Speaking of Mr. Nurmi...

Where do his legal and moral obligations lie?
If you question his morals why would you write letters forcing him to stay on a DP for your child? Not to mention, how good of a job do you think he is going to do when he is forced to stay on a case he doesn't want? And that the client's own mother questions his morals? Common sense, where did it go? Get rid of him and hope the next person up has morals. That would be the very first thing I'd do.

She has been able to help other inmates by singing for them, writing poems, doing drawings for them and also helping them with reading and writing.
The things Jodi does becuase she is bored do not go toward being an exemplary inmate. Singing, drawing pictures and writing poems is not "helping people". It's just stuff Jodi is doing while she sits in a locked pod.
I am not trying to be mean, I know her running to the papers with the bunk pedophile letters and other actions were out of desperation but much of this letter is the exact opposite of what I would think someone would write when their daughter's attorney wants nothing more to do with them.

I had heard there was a letter but this is the first time I have seen it....please excuse me while I :boohoo:

Colored by me:
What she is doing is to help HER!
Because inmates don't have access to money, they barter. Even if you have rudimentary drawing skills, inmates will trade you snacks, hygiene items, etc for you to draw on their letters home or to draw a picture for them to send to a loved one, esp on special occasions like birthdays, holidays, etc. JA has shown over and over again that anything she does that APPEARS to be altruistic is in the end only for her own benefit. IMO

Totally agree!! I was so shocked by the flat affect, she kind of sounded like this dang call was making her late for her break or something. Sad.

His response is sickening, you can hear the panic in her voice!

A bit of levity, I have a friend whose name is Amanda Berry, she updated her Facebook status with, "I know my name is Amanda Berry, and while it is true that I have often said, 'help me, I'm Amanda Berry,' I am not in fact the young lady in Cleaveland missing for 10 years." Lol.

Praying we have a murder 1 verdict today or tomorrow. Technically the Peterson jury took three days right? Scratch that, I don't care if they take an entire month as long they return with a Murder 1 verdict.

I hear you. I just heard Amanda Berry talking to the 911 operator, and I am extremely ticked off. That 911 operator should be fired. FIRED. FIIIIIIRRREEEDDD. MOO

I agree with you totally@

Anyone who has been feeling sorry for her, I hope this changes your mind. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

LOL now thats funny!!!! :)

weird thing about this ! Shes not worried she's too busy tweeting and getting her snark on ! via Donovan.

Casey Anthony looked nervous when she found out there was a verdict, as she sat there waiting for the verdict to be read! youcould see she was clearly upset.
But not noooo not Jodie she's the epitomie of pure evil and her mom,and aunt are so far off left field.

Ok testing out my avatar. I hope no one steals my Fluffy the destroyer of worlds while I'm using this one. Couldn't go without giving my Travis support, so either way its worth it.

I have blue capris on. I got a manicure yesterday and had my nails painted blue for Travis. :)

I'm wearing my Blue Topaz rings and earrings... and blue PJ's. :)
