Since the hoses Q came back up again, I have this Louis Armstrong song playing in my head with "hoses" instead of "Moses"

No matter what we thought of DM's lawyers during the trial, they had to deal with a complete nutjob who was going to undermine all the work they were doing to defend their client.

Work for which I presume they were very well paid.

Regarding the information that was released yesterday once the jury was sequestered;

I think that any doubt that some of you may have had about premeditation may be disappearing. Believe me, that was only the tip of the iceberg, especially regarding Smich. These two are evil, manipulative people, the likes of which Souther Ontario has never seen. If these guys had been left unchecked, I can easily see the death toll rising in to the double digits. And like I said, there is plenty more information that we are not allowed to hear, and If Smich gets anything less that 1st degree, a huge injustice will have been done.

What additional things came out about MS? Harder drugs and a Facebook photo of MS holding a bullet?

"Jurors also didn’t hear about a Google search found in the browser history of Smich’s iPad for “Zombie rounds for 9mm,” that supported Daly’s story. Daly said the Zombie bullets went with Millard’s gun. The gun in the toolbox was a .380-calibre handgun, and Daly suggested there were two different guns, one owned by each accused.But this was information ordered withheld from jurors. There was plenty of other talk of guns, multiple guns, at the trial, but Goodman instructed witnesses and lawyers to only discuss the Walther PPK."

BD mentioned that at trial IIRC about zombie bullets - IMO it doesn't change anything since the jurors can take BD's evidence and believe all, some or none.

Jury asked about Sharlene's testimony that Tim went to get gas. They wanted to know what time. Pillay has reviewed audio of her testimony.
