In the CHCH report by Lisa Hefner she mentions letters to and from CN and also rap lyrics written by BOTH accused were kept from the jury until they can be used in the Laura Babcock murder trial. Says a lot IMO.

Yes, DM did stare and smile at me. But other people were in the row as well... DM did smile a lot though, FML now I am embarrassed

Meh, IMO, no need to be embarrassed. The trial I had to be a witness at, my ex FIL sat on the defense side. He hated him! Besides, you probably had a great seat ;)

LH on CHCH reported that DM screamed on the top of his lungs "f n A@# hole." After MS testified. Also wanted to take his book\bible to court "serial killers". Held up court for an hour, because he wouldn't back down. When he wasn't allowed.
Wackjob wtf. I am willing to bet these side show antics, combined with all the things that were said and happened in that court room is enough to fill in any doubts the jurors might have. Although it sounds like MS strategy of spinning side arguments may go a little further than wacko DM.

Starts at around 1:35.

She mentions it but can not say exactly what was texted or wrote as it is under publication ban untill after the LB trial.
Can you please provide a link so I can listen? TIA

Well yes, that's why I sat there LOL the good view... But to be fair, everyone shuffled around after breaks and the only seats off limit were the first 3 rows for the Bosmas and then the seats reserved for the media.

Late in the trial, Pillay asked for a court order to allow Millard to bring a Bible to court to read. It was a change in reading material. It was widely said behind the scenes that Millard read a book about American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer on his way to court — but it was never seen in the courtroom.

Quite the difference in reading material...from Serial Killer to the Holy Bible? Did he think it would save his AZZ and make others think nice things about him?! What a loser!

I've heard that he was reading Mein Kampf (heard from some lawyer friends via the Ontario Courts) and that he was in legal arguments to allow him to have access to this reading material while he was being held in jail. SMH. This will come out.

No matter what we thought of DM's lawyers during the trial, they had to deal with a complete nutjob who was going to undermine all the work they were doing to defend their client.

I believe the defences side was right behind the majority of the media. It was where the ladies who work for the defence teams were always sitting on computers. Immediately when you walk into the courtroom, on your right.

Okay, I never didn't sat there. Only ever in the middle section in the rows behind the Bosmas. Seemed like a safe place to me.

Yeah, it's not exactly known that's what it is. But I always saw those ladies sitting there and just assumed that was what it meant and sat in the middle or directly behind AP... As that was also a good view. Also I was there on a day the blonde lady with the bible attended ... And this is where she was seated

Thinking about the gas question. I had to go reference tweets, if they were looking at the 3 trucks on the super sucker video, I could see why they may ask the question. SB said in testimony TB was making the truck look pretty before the test drive. (SC tweets Feb 1) I actually had to think back... Did he take it to get fuel before the 2 arrived? I see after looking that is nowhere in the statements that I can find but it did make me think. Jurors don't have the references. Possibly one of the jurors notes reflected my same memory... JMO

I thought about the truck on video 3 times last night. The jury asking about going for gas tells me they are thinking about MS version of events... that one of those is NOT TB's truck. But, the version of events that DM's lawyers submitted supported the truck on video 3 times. I expected DM and MS to blame each other, but you would think some of the details would be the same. It just confirms for me that MS was lying.
