You are correct. She never looked at discovery, relied and believed everything JR told her, and since she knows she screwed up, JR may have a chance at ineffective counsel, but even if he gets a new trial, he will be found guilty and go/stay in prison.
I am still waiting for him to lose his cool.

Will he testify for himself and MS?

After listening to the oceanload of evidence against him, I can't believe he doesn't just give up and change his plea. I loved how David Eisenhauer, in the middle of his trial, was like, oh, nevermind... no point, I'm guilty.

He should have taken the plea when the chance was given right b4 juror selection . But he thought KF would set him free..LOL

Stupid to risk the death penalty with such overwhelming evidence. I know it's ultimately his decision, but his attorney really did him a disservice by not convincing him to take the deal.

I might rock the boat when saying this but I go back and forth if CWW was acting with his crying/distressed emotion when testifying yesterday. I kind of feel (and its a small kind of) that he knew he went too far this time when he murdered T. I only say this because he had a lot of interaction with the daughters since they went everywhere with Mark, JMO.

IMO she's not getting much prestige for how she's representing her client. She really doesn't have her cross exam questions set up and also has had incorrect information. She questioned TS about Netflix and other things about her being interviewed for and the information she had was incorrect.
