There was hair and blood on the hammer. If a hammer was used to produce these wounds, not surprising to find that on the hammer, Coyne said.

Defense are idiots if they don't try to do damage control before weekend break after the past 2 days. Not that there is much to control. We could end it here and now. I bet jr wants to get on the stand though.

JMO, but the jury has all weekend to think about what the saw and heard these last few days. The defense doesn't stand the chance for their side on Monday.

After all the testimony I wonder if it's too late for a plea other than to get life instead of DP. JRR is toast and is of little, if any, value to the MS trial so what does the state need it for other than to get this trial over with? Well, after thinking a little more, a change to guilty plea would help in the MS case having both murderers admitting to and convicted of the crime.
