If jury is hung, then I can only believe JSS tied the hands of JM so he couldn't being what he brought to the first jury. If they came to DP verdict, it would be huge surprise given all the shenanigans the defense was allowed to get away with. Said this a hundred times. Won't say anymore. I feel sick. They will feel duped when they learn the truth.

And how did David Erickson know they were hung before we did? How does that happen? Does he pay a juror to feed him information? I give up on justice system.

This is a question that he should have to answer in front of the family.

My guess would be a couple weeks, but maybe a month or more. Some of it would depend on her schedule.

I think its easy for a jury to believe mental illness since most of us dont murder people, but these murderers arent normal people either...of course they have mental issues or they wouldnt kill, but they dont always have mitigating factors...This jury better get it right.

Not a juror. Prosecution side, plus DT side knew about "modified impasse instruction' after JSS meeting in the freaking hallway of all places.

He tweeted it before hallway meeting. Who cares. It is NOT ok!

I think the group of 8 that kept going out together is an indication. It's probably around 8-4 or 7-5.

I wonder what mitigating factors are resonating with some of these jurors? Or did we have jurors who essentially lied about their ability to sentence JA to death? I've never done what these people are trying to do, but it seems like after putting all the time in, that they could just agree on a sentence, so the judge doesn't end up doing what they themselves could have
