I have a question. Earlier today the 2 questions that the jury had were referred to as #5 and #6. Were there 4 previous jury questions- if so what were the previous 4? If not, how did the questions get labeled #5 and #6?

Jodi has nothing on some of the HARDENED criminals that reside at Perryville. She will meet plenty of women that will make her life miserable. Yes Jodi committed a heinous crime, but there are just as many nasty evil women that have resided there a lot longer than she has. They already have a pecking order, a hierarchy so to speak. It will not be club med for her, by any means.
she is starting to look deformed in a way don't you think?
Has anyone considered that maybe Travis himself doesn't agree with the DP? And to whatever extent his energy can sway things, it is? Humans get caught up with revenge. That's one of our curses.
Female psychopathy is rare. Hare estimates only 20% of all incarcerated prisoners are psychopathic, including men. Jodi shouldn't be allowed access to others because most people incarcerated aren't psychopathic. Many female prisoners are incarcerated for non-violent offenses, like drugs or prostitution. In 2009, prisoners convicted of non-violent crimes (I'm including all crimes not against another human being) accounted for 60% of Perryville's population. Murderers ranked less than 10%.There are many just like her already there. Lots of psychopaths. Let them make each other miserable.

I agree with you, initially when (and if) she gets into general population she will make friends. However I think because of her personality she will have arguments and disagreements with women when they don't do what she wants. And I think that's where the hiarchy will come in. A "queen bee" type isn't going to just let her come in and take over. She might manipulate a few women, but I think she's going to have clashes with others. And they will already have their girls on their side.

When jurors are considered "death qualified" to serve on a jury that CAN render the death penalty, they have not yet seen evidence, heard testimony, etc. Their ultimate decision is based on what transpires during the trial. I'm certain that all 12 jurors (plus alternates) were open and honest about being able to vote for death IF - and only IF - the evidence presented during the trial warranted the DP. I will not fault someone who wasn't convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that Ms. Arias deserves the death penalty.
Seeing this tweet makes me want to throw up.
She smiles while the entire Alexander family is dying inside.![]()
Yes, I do think she is. She can not take on anyone. She got Travis at a bad moment that she orchestrated and lost it on him.. However in jail she won't have 2 knives and a gun to keep people from attacking her. She will get her butt whooped by anyone she attempts to go after. She is a monster when she has a plan and a blind spot. In prison she is new meat. She is a mousy little nothing of a girl.
