Akeem is arrested in a hotel again for drug charges:
"According to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, agents seized 13 grams of suspected crack cocaine base that was packaged for sale and had an estimated street value of $1,300. Agents also seized $564 in cash.
Cruz was free on bail on charges of criminal threatening and criminal mischief arising from an incident in Portland in June.
Cruz is being held without bail in the Cumberland County Jail."

Then, of course, we know he had to report to NY for the Federal Promoting Prostitution charge. He was convicted by year's end 2012.
Still looking for other arrest but so far it looks like AC was arrested in several times in the three months surrounding Megan's disappearance.
