I believe that is later today. The charging documents were posted online last night, that’s where the name came from. They are chilling. There is no way on earth he is not going to adult court.
Not to defend the “Keep Out” sign, but living in the general area, and on a body of water out here, the entire metropolitan Seattle area tends to empty out into the Valley and the Mountains on the weekends to recreate, and they’re not always (or it seems - ever) respectful of private property. lol. Truly, especially since Covid, the trails have been “discovered” and people are branching out and just tromp wherever, they don’t care if it’s through our backyards or not.Looking at the photos of their property, the Posted: Keep Out sign, and then reading the following makes me think they may have isolated to some extent.
But, that's all hearsay right now.
And, that's still not an excuse to kill not only his parents but his siblings as well.
What was he thinking it would accomplish?
Will I get in trouble for it? They are super graphic. Are you able to share a link to the charging documents? Thank you!
I think you can share a link since they were made public, but it might be best not to post the actual contents here. Will I get in trouble for it? They are super graphic.
When I think of the brother going around to check to make sure they were dead. He was a little monster. (I’m not allowed to say that locally)When I think of an 11-year-old girl being shot in the neck and the head by her oldest brother and then having the presence of mind to play dead--it just hits differently.
MOO, but I think most children would scream, beg, cry, etc.
She's only 11, and her whole world was just ripped away.
I’ll see if I can figure it out. I’m not great with technology. Iwill try.I think you can share a link since they were made public, but it might be best not to post the actual contents here.
eEThis struck me as odd. I don’t know all the ins and outs of homeschooling, but the circumstances of a situation where a teen is in trouble for “failing tests at school” while being homeschooled doesn’t fully make sense to me.
Appreciate any insight from those with more knowledge of homeschooling!
There are monsters among us. It's a profound mystery how a child can do such evil. The psychiatrists will have their work cut out for them. When I think of the brother going around to check to make sure they were dead. He was a little monster. (I’m not allowed to say that locally)
JMOO, but I would think he'd still be a threat to his sister. He'd only be 40 when he got out if he got the minimum sentence and still physically capable of going after her. There are monsters among us. It's a profound mystery how a child can do such evil. That being said, a "minimum sentence of 25 years" seems far too little for the heinousness of this crime. Life in prison seems more appropriate, with the understanding that he might get paroled some day.
All dependent on a conviction in adult court.
Who is even selling those recent pictures to the DailyMail? Because a couple days ago, the DailyMail was only able to find pictures of the family from 2011.10/25/24

Son who 'shot parents and three siblings dead' framed younger brother
Sources close to the investigation told DailyMail.com that they believe the teen had been part of what appears to be a murder-suicide plot with his 13-year-old brother who died in the bloodbath.www.dailymail.co.uk

I homeschooled for many years and that stood out to me as well. I've never known a homeschooled kid to say it that way. They'd say "failing tests IN school". Maybe she did say it that way and whoever took her statement just wrote it "at school". Or maybe she did actually say it that way since technically it means the same thing. This struck me as odd. I had the same thought.A police report obtained by DailyMail.com shows the teenager attempted to blame the murders on his 13-year-old brother <name of minor redacted>, claiming the younger sibling shot the family members and killed himself after being caught watching *advertiser censored* the previous evening.
There's often a bit of truth in the lies of a defendant. I'd say it was probably the shooter who was caught watching *advertiser censored* on Sunday evening, and not his younger brother. MOO
