Somebody would've posted $15,000 to a bail bondsman. Who, I don't know. Yes, the latest charges were from May 2009, from what they said on the news. How did he get out on bail ? $150,000 is pretty high, but clearly not high enough. These latest charges are from Pierce County, right ?
Or instead of bail being set based upon the individual offense, use the entire criminal record. :banghead: MOOMaybe along with truth in sentencing there is a need for truth in bail amounts, that would set an amount that needs to be met 100%!!!
I am looking at the records but am having difficulty understanding them...need some legal knowledge. He was on parole, why the hell did he get out on bail? Why didn't he go to prison?
Doesn't he still have a show on Fox News?I am not a member of Facebook or I would leave a message for Huckabee on his site there

During the confrontation in May, Clemmons punched a sheriff's deputy in the face, according to court records. As part of that incident, he was charged with seven counts of assault and malicious mischief.
In another instance, Clemmons was accused of gathering his wife and young relatives around at 3 or 4 in the morning and having them all undress. He told them that families need to "be naked for at least 5 minutes on Sunday," a Pierce County sheriff's report says.
"The whole time Clemmons kept saying things like trust him, the world is going to end soon, and that he was Jesus," the report says
