After. LE were at his house to collect DNA on the 4th and he was too upset (likely, too freaked out) and that video was posted the next day.

So the car video is in between? He refused, the car interview video, he submitted? Just trying to place the week's events in my mind.

I don't think she was there at that time. The shorts and underwear only 15 feet away may have been to throw them off. You know they searched that area like crazy once those were found. He put her there after the first search, I bet.

True. She could have been stashed in the black duffel bag somewhere. :cry:

Just my opinion , but I don't think we have the whole story. I read earlier about a teen friend who stated their phone was taken away because it had a video on it that JW was in it. I don't think it was the intention of her being on the video. I'm thinking it was a bunch of teens recording vids of each other and she happened to be there as well.

This is just probable cause to charge him. Not all details need to be revealed yet, and defense, of course hasn't had a chance to refute them.

You're right that it was just a strap. They listed a variety of bags that it could have come from. In the next sentence they say that "the body" has been identified as that of Jenise. Some are reading this as if the "bag" belonged to Jenise. There was no bag, just a strap and it didn't belong to Jenise.

One of the post I read on SM had Gaeto apologizing to a friend about the FBI swarming his house. Like the friend new they were there because of Gaeto. I can post the link as soon as I find it again. Also, in the scanner thread someone called the police dispatch and said something about someone had been killed and then would not answer the dispatcher after they said that. Then, having the black bag on top of the pallet ?? Was this guy trying to get caught?

He confessed by shaking his head yes and no to some questions such as..was anyone else involved etc. I didn't notice any questions regarding when it happened, if he took her from her home etc. jmo As far as I know a day and tod hasn't been established/released yet. Those are just my thoughts but you are free to have yours.

In the probable cause documents (link provided above), it details his nodding and shaking head to answer yes and no to questions while interviewed by LE.

Right. But he was a big strong guy. Plenty of teens have killed 'older' relatives before. Not accusing him, just wondering what the circumstances were.

I have the same questions about circumstances as you do . I just wanted to clarify because it had been posted that it was his sister. I didn't want misinformation to get started accidentally.

Gaeta could face additional/new charges at a later court appearance where he will enter gulty/not guilty pleas. Likely w/in 72 hours.

I wonder what additional charges there could be ??

JPW was not home, but not yet considered missing, ie, when they got up, she was already out of the house that morning presumably playing.
