Investigators contacted Gabriel Gaeta on 8/4 asking for DNA. Family told them he was "too upset". He gave a sample 4 days later

That does not mean he won't plead not guilty. I don't think he will get bail.

That is not what I read, they were found in a bog of mud but there were clothes in his room that had blood and mud on them.. I will go check and find the lnk.

Looks like a puncture wound near his wrist. His knuckles look beat up, but I can't be certain because of pixelation. Wrestlers might have beat up hands because of mat work, I don't know. But that puncture wound looks like several days in healing - sort of fresh but healing. JMO

Being a wrestler, that little girl had no chance to escape from his hold. My heart breaks again over this case.

Do you have a link for them being found in his bedroom? I'd think if evidence like that was found in his bedroom on the 4th (what, 2 days after she went missing?) He'd have been arrested long before he was.
