Of course depression alone is not enough, but that indicates something to me. Often depression has associated comorbidities such as an anxiety disorder etc. An court ordered assessment will be forth with.
Oh yeah of course- you said it much better than I could. I think it would have to be a much more serious than depression + anxiety. I take a small dose of an SSRI for anxiety - and situational depression (post partum)- very mild. So I mean, it would have to be something much worse to affect his behavior in that sense- like something having to do with anti-social personality disorder, conduct disorder, etc.
