They might be trying to prepare for an interrogation, but it seems really futile in the case? I mean the family has a strong reason to believe the ex is involved--and LE considers him a POI. There's nothing anonymous about him once everyone knows which house was searched...

Maybe they're trying to get him to talk, and this is a form of leverage? Keeping his name out of media and letting him tell "his version" of the story? I really have no clue. It's sad and I can't imagine how hard it is for KC's mom to not be able to say his name.

Especially her twin. IMO. Twins run in my family, vastly. I believe there are 6 sets in mine. 2 sets are around my age, one each side of my family. Anyway, I know that they have a very, very tight knitted, unexplainable to a non twin, twin bond. And they have some kind of ESP thing, have had their own languages when they were little and can sense and feel bad things when one is not well.
I always thought that was sooo cool and wanted to be a twin so badly. But didn’t think about how horrific that could be until right now. (inserting a million sad/crying emojis). Very heartbreaking to say the very least. #brokenheartsyndrome for real. MOO.

My cousins are fraternal twins. Grownup women and mothers, they are immensely close. You'd never believe it if you listen to them gossiping about one another, and there is also a lot of jealousy. But - in utero, they felt each other's heartbeat. Can you imagine? All 9 months, you grow next to another's heartbeat. So they are inseparable.

Wapato park is a great in between meeting location. It would be rather unlucky if something were to occur there because as big as the park is, I never felt truly alone or isolated walking around the lake. There are houses, and roads surrounding the entire area. There is also a police station on the 72nd side of it. If it was an early AM meet up, there could have been considerably less people? I usually only see the 72nd side of the park, and there tends to be a lot of walkers. I bet there has to be people that live close to the park that do morning runs/walks with their dogs. Maybe they saw something. With this whole pandemic, people have really taken advantage of the outdoors here.

Thanks for sharing this @Maddy01. It's hard to know how things look in real life from google maps--and it helps to know if this area gets walked regularly, and whether people would likely to see something suspicious at entry points?

Poor Mom, it's so very hard to watch her anguish and desperation. She is trying so hard hold onto some hope. So unfair it's unbearable.

You aren’t lying about the jealously, *nor*the gossip! One of the sets are women, and up into their mid-20 they would physically fight each other, for whatever unbeknownst reason. Then within a few minutes would come together and gang up on their sisters, and be best friends again. It was the craziest thing for me to witness. It still baffles me.
I hope for Kassanndra’s brother’s sake that they were nothing like this. And I especially hope that they hadn’t been fighting before she disappeared. Oh the guilt.
