I'm sorry, I had a list of his booking history, and hit backspace .
This is a probation violation for Assault 3, domestic violence. He also pled guilty in 1999 to Assault 4, assault with a knife. The DV was in 2006 (IIRC). He has one more probation violation. Total of 5 records, including this last on 7/16/2009.

I don't know a lot about how any of it works. But, the date fits, and the name might.
It would be awkward to be arrested for a violation of probation during the search for a missing child, even if you didn't know anything about that. People would speculate, and rumors would fly. He's still a maybe for me. If I'm wrong, I 'll be sorry later. Going to check RSOs.

Oh. The DV charge was in Elma.

The cities of residence I found for that name are Aberdeen, Elma, and Pacific Beach.

If he was the caretaker my guess would be that he would live on site...so depending on how long he was there he should be listed with a McCleary address/phone number...if he's listed at all.

addition: I haven't even been able to find Straddleline in the phone books I have...

Hi McCleary, We know the ORV park has a McCleary address and phone #.

Wouldn't he be employed by Grays Harbor County? I don't see a dept there for parks and recreation, but since he is no longer there they might have updated the site anyway.

Welcome to WS, Dragonfly~ You are right..it sure could end in "ough" and have the same pronunciation! Good call! He may have only had a cell phone, too. (or one of those Nextel type radio phones to stay in contact while working in the field)

I did hear the hoff part of the name very clearly and it was the first part of the last name Fonda couldn't think of. They probably just used his first name when talking to him at work. Imholt is sure close though.

It is hard to imagine if this guy was arrested in Jan and was at that time the caretaker of the park, that he wouldn't have been immediately let go.

The only part of the rumor we've confirmed so far is that the caretaker at Saddleline was let go. Nothing about computers or daughter.

HOWEVER, get idea about checking ms friends!

Plus we learned of a search at the ORV park that started this morning. Since it was with the Sheriff's Dept and a search team, we could probably assume safely it has to do with Lindsey. Especially since we have another confirmed search at the RR tracks in McCleary this morning as well.

They are hot on it and I can't imagine why else they would be unless it has to do with the little girl who is missing from their town, Lindsey! xox

WOW BB, You are beyond belief! Acc to that it looks like they had renewed the caretakers contract to May 31st of this year which would give them time to find a replacement. He would be able then to find lodging outside the park which would open up the on-site caretaker house for the new man they would hire.

Is that how you read that?

Wonder what happened? I wonder if that was the same guy who was leaving the job that was fired a week ago? Or was it a new guy they hired.

If it was a recent move it wouldn't be in white pages anyway as I think they are quite out of date! xox
