Important to Note:
- Canada411: A longstanding, widely-used tool for finding people’s addresses and phone numbers in Canada. You can search by name, city, and sometimes by phone number. However, the available information is more limited and focused on landline/residential contacts.
- Canada Finder: Allows you to search by name, city, province, or phone number. It aggregates public records, including addresses and phone numbers. The accuracy can vary, and it may include ads.
- WhitePages Canada and YellowPages Canada: Also offer people search features but are primarily known for business listings. Their people search results are limited and less comprehensive than in the US.
- Google and social media platforms: Many find information using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., though this requires manual searching and filtering.
- Unlike the US, Canada has strong privacy protections; most people-finder websites will provide less detailed information (rarely more than name, address, and landline phone number) and often no information on criminal records, background checks, or extensive public records.
- There are no truly comprehensive, one-stop “background check” or deep people-search sites for Canada that are as broad as fastpeoplesearch.com in the US.

There are also marriage records on Ancestry confirming the maiden name and the newspaper article confirms the location. It is an odd case. I can find no indications to suggest any suspects, other than the lawsuit (and it seems a stretch to think that even as venal an organisation as Bunker Hill - as shown in the book linked - would resort to murder). What does puzzle me is that the family seem so silen
GUYS, HER REMAINS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.

Glad to hear, but sorry for your loss. I looked at this case a couple of months ago and noticed that there were not a lot of details. Did the family associate her disappearance with the lawsuit?I am her granddaughter and we were recently notified
I am also so very sorry about your grandmother skyski. Were you able to find the records you were looking for in Canada?Thank you. Her husband claims that when she disappeared it “killed” the lawsuit. He threatened her on many different occasions with killing her if she ever tried to leave him. Lots of isolation from family and moving state to state… he was the suspect in her disappearance for many abusive reasons.
