Do you have a source for bolded quote?“Whitney detailed incidents that contributed to the separation, including a situation on Aug. 15, 2024, when Travis allegedly found one of their daughters passed out with a bathrobe tied around her neck at his mother's house and failed to inform Whitney.”
What am I missing? I thought his family lived in Wisconsin and that his mother had passed away a couple years ago?? Did his mother live in Washington and only recently passed? How can he have been at his mother’s house when this incident occurred?
Do you have a source for bolded quote?
I guess there isn't too much to be said about it that wouldn't be pure speculation, but I can say that the "passed out with a bathrobe tied around her neck" mention has been very concerning to me ever since I first read it.![]()
Court documents reveal struggles in Decker family before death of 3 Wenatchee girls
SPOKANE, Wash. – Court documents have shed light on the custody battle between Travis and Whitney Decker, before the death of their three daughters revealing a history of "instability andwww.khq.com
Dry run. IMO.I guess there isn't too much to be said about it that wouldn't be speculation, but I can say that the "passed out with a bathrobe tied around her neck" mention has been very concerning to me ever since I first read it.
Agree.Dry run. IMO.
If he didn’t commit suicide then he could have planned his escapade quite well and had supplies hidden given his trial of this previouslyIf he is surviving in the wilderness, I can't see him surviving long once the temperatures drop and the snow comes.
I highly doubt he has survival gear with him that would be sufficient for those conditions.

Agreed.I want nothing more than for the searches to find TD's remains and put an end to this search.
WD deserves answers and some finality, because she'll never get closure IMO.
I wouldn't be surprised at what TD may have stashed prior to or brought with him on May 30th.If he is surviving in the wilderness, I can't see him surviving long once the temperatures drop and the snow comes.
I highly doubt he has survival gear with him that would be sufficient for those conditions.

Also sounds like the neighbor didn't necessarily desire to speak about TD's appearance, behavior or speech but "for the greater good" It seems as though it has taken awhile for this information disclosure.Thank you @imstilla.grandma for posting this article.
This bit was news to me. I welcome any of our psychotherapist sleuthers to opine on this.
From a long term neighbor who knew TD, named Binh Nguyen, when TD picked up his girls 5/30:
"“He was skinny,” ... “He had long hair and a beard. I said, ‘Is that you, Travis?’"
“It was kind of weird,”... “He had a sad face.”
[He] admitted that the military veteran seemed distracted during their 10-minute exchange..."
IMO, it sounds like TD had been and was in a very dark place when he picked the girls up.
Actually, the info mentioned was mentioned by the neighbour soon after the incident. Discussed in the first thread. Also sounds like the neighbor didn't necessarily desire to speak about TD's appearance, behavior or speech but "for the greater good" It seems as though it has taken awhile for this information disclosure.
Same here, and these things as well IMO/BBM:I guess there isn't too much to be said about it that wouldn't be pure speculation, but I can say that the "passed out with a bathrobe tied around her neck" mention has been very concerning to me ever since I first read it.
