I thought he was stable. He came off as a clean cut guy. He was in the Navy. Visiting his mother when I met him. He made a good impression on my family. He seemed solid. It wasn't long after we married that he went awol from the Navy and it went downhill from there. Little by little. He played head games so I was never really sure, you know, I was never certain that the way I was adding things up were true. He made me doubt what I was seeing. It was very terrifying.

If he is involved with Rachael's dissapearance, I don't think he'd ever admit to it. IMO. He's very tricky with his words. Clever. But if they know what kind of person they're dealing with, I think there might be a chance they can trip him up. He's arrogant and narcasstic, IMO.

But I don't see him giving up any incriminating information voluntarily. IMO

Fapone, did he stalk and harass you as well? I'm glad your still with us and sorry you had the DV experience. Hope your kids are holding up ok at this time.

JMO, but men like him are soooooo smooth/slick. They prey on your vunerablities like a freaking vulture. Pure scavengers of your being. They never change because they refuse to even go there to think they could have a problem....it's you, which is why you start doubting your own sanity. They are nothing but wimpy on the inside...like a sniveling bratty little boy that goes around hitting or destroying things when upset....they always take the low road---emotionally. Unless you've been through it, you can't realize how much it effects you. You trust your gut instincts and he has bypassed them.....with his charm.

Hi everyone I am new at this but have been reading all of the posts from the begining! You all are awesome at researching!!! I live in the valley Lewiston-Clarkston valley I cant tell you how excited i was today when I found out at lunchtime that CC was arrested! I know not for Rachael's case yet but hoping this will follow! I am glad that the media is talking again but I have been so ashamed of the community and not having more news out there! This is another WHACKADOO jmo running around this town and I just wish they wouldn't be so tight lipped!!! I know you have to for the investigation but.. REALLY!

So glad we finally have a few answers and can understand all the emotions everyone of her friends and family are feeling at this point. Hang in there. I don't think it's over for CC and I'm sure it hasn't been a pleasant day for him...prolly a very long one.

I wonder if psychopath and sociopath are different?

I just read that he was physically abusive towards Rachael. First of all, that breaks my heart. Rachael was a kind and wonderful person...I can't say enough good things about her. Secondly, I wonder if this was a pattern for him? Had he physically abused previous wives? One does not develop these tendencies overnight!
