Canada isn't impossible, Holly, but it would be an awfully big risk in my opinion. If Sky weren't in the trunk she could have been asked for his birth certificate and possibly a custodial order granting her permission to remove him from the US. If he were in the trunk (dear god please not another one :() border control could have asked to see the contents of the trunk. Last time I drove to Canada (Windsor) from the States I had my car searched. I don't know what the protocol is but I swear I was innocent!

I just don't think it would have been possible, if we are talking about the time that she had her brother's car. There are traffic cameras all over Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue. They would surely have looked at those to see when the car came and went. Once she was on 405 or I-5 there are DOT cameras. They would have literally been able to track her all the way to the border.

He would not need a visa according to this Consulate General of Ukraine website. Probably so for Russia, JM was from Ukraine.

According to the decrees of the President of Ukraine VISA-FREE REGIME has been established for citizens of the following countries:

United States of America

Citizens of the above-mentioned countries do not need visas to enter Ukraine or transit through its territory for the period of time of up to 90 days with a valid travel passport.

But they still need a valid passport.

Julia welcome to WS. Now, WHERE IS SKY? You know the precious baby boy you gave birth to!

What really bothers me about both parents is the report made when they left Sky, at the age of 3 months old, in a car, when the temperature outside was 16 degrees. They both told the police they were only in Target for 15 minutes when they were in Target for 55 minutes.

Once someone lies, in my book, I tend to question so much more that is being stated.

IMO there doesnt seem to be alot of love for sky from both parents. They both didnt care enough for sky's wellbeing when they left him in the car. Also the father continued to live his life for months knowing his baby boy was with a mother who had various problems and had no love for him. Would have sent out warning bells to me.

Poor little guy, I guess all the cuddles were for the camera only. :furious:

Who is the "involved party" dated 12/18/06? The name is blocked off. What does that mean?

Would that have been M?

I'm glad more details are coming out about both of them. IMO, Sky and his sister are the only victims here. Sky more so because he's missing.

Not sure but you could be right. Was she left alone at home whilst mom and dad went shopping?

That would be Miss M.

ohh...ok. They took M with them to Target but left Sky alone in the vehicle. I always thought she was left at home with a babysitter. Interesting. Why didn't they take Sky along? Odd.

I also notice how Julia accuses anyone, not just her husband, of having an ulterior motive or of being wrong, when they state she has problems:

Yup! As well as blaming her parents for the punitive ECT treatments. Good catch, Gitana. Says a lot.

In the report it is stated that they left Sky in the car because he was sleeping. I guess they just didn't want to disturb Sky by waking him up! ETA: :furious: times a million!

I wonder why one parent didn't just stay with him in the car.

to be fair, sky's father did try to warn the courts that something might happen to the children while in Julia's care but was ignored. he even tried to get a restraining order against her but instead he lost custody of his kids. i don't think you can blame the dad, since it was julia who did everything she could to bar solomon from having contact with his children. now, i don't know the details of that document about solomon leaving his children home alone by themselves, but if that was truly the case, cps and the court should have investigated that as well as the mother given both parents had a history of leaving their children alone.
