I just read the latest report by Atty Clay Terry after meeting with LE he states that there is no one who has seen Sky since May!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They can find NO ONE!!! And are now sending out a plea to an medical providers who may have seen Sky or MM anytime after May!!!!!!

WTH???? What happened to the supposed neighbor all along that we've based all timelines on of his last being seen second week of October!!! I always said this was BS.. IMO if a neighbor had seen this child in October I believe it would have been validated in the media.. That never happened and leads me to believe it wasn't accurate or true..

Now we hear the truth and the truth is that NO ONE HAS SEEN SKY SINCE MAY!!!

I WANT ANSWERS JULIA!!!!

Noone has seen him since may!!!! oh my thats bad news, I assume that the child care was finished before then, you are right this changes the timeline drastically.

I cant believe, grandparents, anties and uncles of this little guy hadnt seen him for 6 months!

Little M has been with Soloman for a few weeks now (yay!) and hopefully she has gained some trust in him to tell him something about Sky. She would know if it was early summer that she last saw her brother, or if it was only a few weeks before she last saw her mommy.

If he really hasn't been seen since May, and M has been seen in public, or on surveillance tapes by LE, without Sky, then I cannot imagine Julia not getting arrested soon. LE must know SOMETHING to incriminate her, right?
Ugh. I'm really frustrated now, these poor babies .

Think we can change legislation to create a federal law that specifically prosecutes parents for refusing to assist law enforcement in locating their "missing" children? :waitasec: One with mandatory life imprisonment if convicted. Perhaps too harsh but something has got to give.

I don't have the statistics to prove it but some filicide researchers believe this type of particular homicide to be on the rise and I fully agree - but far too many are getting away with it because the bodies cannot be located.

I'm losing faith (since July actually) that a parent can steal away the life of their child and will be punished, vilified, and convicted for their actions.

Poor Sky, Lisa, Gabriel, Haleigh, Kyron, Hailey, Aliayah, Amir, Lauryn, Jhessye (and the dozens of others missed off my list) - you deserved so much more.

I would like to say I am surprised, but I'm really not.

I think she had the little girl convinced that the boy was somehow still with them in the car, and had told her what to say to LE, as sort of a game.

This really throws the investigation up in the air because they need to go back and look at what this mother was doing in May on a day by day basis.

Maybe not that credible, as eyewitness accounts often are not.

They need to start from the last sightings in April and find out what JB was telling people about the boys whereabouts. Someone might recall suspicious behavior back then.

Exactly well said. If it was one of my neighbours children that I didnt know very well, I would have a hard time placing which day I saw them last.

What are the latest dates on Sky's photos? Do we know when was the photo of him sitting in the sink taken? I think this could just be wishful thinking of father's part. Moving the date that far back when grandfather was visiting generates a possibility that Sky is alive.
I am not convinced he had been missing that long.

I remember that one of our sleuthers here was documenting each picture's dates. She could tell what date the pic was taken and what date it was uploaded etc and she was posting the info here...do we still have that info handy?

I can't remember her name but I think it was pattyg. maybe she has it in a word doc or excel and can share the info with us again. Or maybe someone who is better at searching threads than I am can find the posts for us again? :seeya:

I will have a look through, but I cant remember offhand. I remember JB took the flicker pictures off before we had chance to copy them, as there was a doctors office one that we wanted.

This latest info is just nuts. Makes me question everything.

IIRC, the most recent photos of Sky on Flickr were taken in June. I'm sure police know when those sink photos were taken. I would expect them to be after June since he looked older.

For some reason this latest time line makes me believe there is a chance he's alive somewhere.

If he has been gone for so long then I wonder about the significance of those surveillance photos LE released if they were taken in the days before Sky was reported missing.

I agree. It makes me conclude that either she had completely isolated herself and the kid(s) from all of her friends and family or they were all "in on it" (which isn't likely -- surely someone would have told LE what they knew by now).

So many things don't add up here. Sky's birthday came and went and no one from either side of the family saw him? JB obviously had a decent enough relationship with her brother that he'd lend her his car (and let her stay with him) yet he hadn't seen the children in months?!? What about "Grandma S" - she goes from playing an active role in their lives (attending M's birthday party, assembling toys, taking them to Costco) to not seeing them at all? I would assume some of these people would have been asking her about the kids -- what excuses did JB give?
