I have two pics I want you all to look at. They are of the hotel room when the grandpa visited. M is sitting on the couch behind the suitcases. You can click on the pic to enlarge it a bit. Look closely at her hair. . .is it already cut into a bob? I need help on this. . .it's hard to tell and I sooooooo want it to be so. What do you all think?

I remember the hotel photos very well and M's hair wasn't short. If we believe the dates, the photos were all taken over 7 days starting around March 25 and ending April 2. In the pool photos, you can see that she has her hair pulled back and piled on top. Unfortunately the photos are very small (Google images).

Great job! According to Flickr, the photo was taken on March 30, 2011. While it's possible that the host wore the same outfit a month later, I don't think it's very likely (especially since the hair and even the floral arrangement on the table are the same). Why would JB change the dates to be a month earlier?!?

He said told the judge on Friday that even though Biryukova was granted temporary visitation rights to see her daughter, she’s chosen not to because she fear it would confuse the 5-year-old if visitation were ever taken away.

Really? Truly? This woman is beyond unwell. It would confuse M if visitation were ever taken away so she's going to, uh, preemptively take visitation away, thus not confusing M? She's a piece of work.

No, I don't believe she was ever required to produce these children for courts proceedings. The father hasn't seen them in close to a year. We are trying to figure what when was the last time somebody other than her family actually saw the little boy before he disappeared.

Is that normal? I have no idea about custody issues, etc. other than what I read here. But wouldn't it behoove the courts to make sure the children are healthy (and living) on a regular basis while all of this is worked out? Is it a financial issue, like everything else?

I don't think so because in the clip posted, they talk about the royal wedding being only days away (the wedding was on April 29th).

Maybe April is when something happend to Sky - I hope the Grandpa has him....
Just wondering, have LE went to the Grandparents home yet? I hope they take a scent dog with them when they do!

Since Sky is a US citizen, then I presume US LE would have to work with Ukrainian LE if they think there is even a slight chance Sky could be in Ukraine. However, I believe LE has evidence that Sky was seen in US after grandpa already left for Ukraine.

Don't know. I googled the guest name, Jessica Piha, and she herself posted this segment on youtube on that same day. So it makes me think it was the original programming. Also, this other site has the video and it said published april 26. 2011.

I believe Solomon said grandpa was visiting in April from Ukraine so that fits the timeline.
