Great job! According to Flickr, the photo was taken on March 30, 2011. While it's possible that the host wore the same outfit a month later, I don't think it's very likely (especially since the hair and even the floral arrangement on the table are the same). Why would JB change the dates to be a month earlier?!?

So now the question is when did the grandpa go home? Is it possible that he arrived somewhere around that April 26th date? Did he travel anywhere else before returning? The reason I ask is my kids Oma and Opa are from Germany. It's an expensive flight. So when they visit they fly here to SEA, visit for a bit, travel for about a month and then return and visit for a few days before they fly out. Could have grandpa done the same? That could put him still here in early June possibly. Hmmmmmm. . . .:waitasec:

ETA- the hairstylist says that she cut Sky's hair too. . .but does anybody remember him in any of the Brat Pack Salon pics? I don't remember him being in any, but I could just be wrong.

Looks like they confirmed the June date. . .but my question still stands. . .when did grandpa go home, now that we know the timeline of his visit has changed?

Those sidewalks and street are DRY. That is not a overcast with rain day around here. Even if it were partly sunny with showers, they would be wet. There were a few nice days at the beginning of June. . .like the 4th. . .

It's obvious to me that not a single one of her associates and/or family members care enough about what happened to Sky to come forward with their stories.

Come forward to the media? I thought SO had spoken with LE. I'm not sure about others though.


I was looking (google) at photos of Sky and M. I can't imagine causing harm to this beautiful little boy. Those eyes just tug at my heart strings. I am sure this has been posted, but if not, there are some cute pics of Sky in this slideshow. It also has some pool pictures - M's hair was pinned up (so she had long hair then). According to the guy on FB (with all of the timeline stuff), the carousel photo was taken April 1st, 2011.

I wonder why JB always dressed the children in the same clothes every day. She appears to be dressed for summer, while Sky and M are wearing long sleeves - Sky in his hoodie. I think that is proof enough that JB wasn't caring for them properly. They must've been sweltering in those clothes!

That picture is from early Sept. 2010.

ETA- Help me remember about the restaurant pics when JB's dad was here. I know it was confirmed by a local as being Salty's on Alki. I think originally we thought it was for JB's birthday, but now I'm wondering if it wasn't Easter (April 24th) or Mother's Day (May 8th) brunch. I do remember that JB's plate had only fruit on it. To me that says brunch. Grrrrrrr! I wish we could still get into her Flickr!

Couple of things:

1. As I professional photographer (which I am) - I can tell you that on the photos were some of you think Sky 'looks thinner' - etc -- I just want to say that there are many things that could be making it 'appear' that way - rather than it actually being that he 'is' thinner. When taking photos of people -we always want them to look their best - so things like the way their head is turned, the angle of the camera lens, if it's a straight on shot as opposed to being taken from an degreed angle......all of those things can play a role in making a face look 'thinner'. I train my photographers in this all the time. I've not compared the photos - but have seen a lot written about it so I thought i would comment.

2. IF Sky left to go be with grandpa - I highly doubt he actually left WITH grandpa. Too easy for LE to check flight records. Rather, I suppose they had someone else travel with Sky at a different time - using fake documents. It is not, IMO, hard to believe that for the right price/the right story (this child is going to die from abuse related to his father - we HAVE to get him out of here) - they could find someone to do this for them.

Since Sky is a US citizen, then I presume US LE would have to work with Ukrainian LE if they think there is even a slight chance Sky could be in Ukraine. However, I believe LE has evidence that Sky was seen in US after grandpa already left for Ukraine.

And LE has stated all along that they believe Sky is in their "own backyard."

JMO but Julia wouldn't have sent Sky out of the country for his protection. She would have sent M out of the country for her protection but not Sky. As evidenced by all that we have seen and read about this case, she cared not a bit for Sky, M yes definitely but Sky was Solomon made over. Sadly, Sky isn't around and hasn't been around in a very long time.

To possibly throw off dates that her dad was actually in town? She is a manipulator; and we do not know what causes her manipulations each time.

I completely agree!! She cannot stop her behaviors for supervised visitation. Also, I wonder if she is worried about what M may say during those supervised visits.

"That closes 45 days of days that we didn't know if Sky was here, it also lets us know that the child didn't return to the Ukraine with the child's grandfather when he was here in April," says Terry.

If I remember correctly, Soloman said she washed the same clothes daily for the children so as not to disturb the perfect lineup of clothes in the closet.

1. I really don't think that he looks thinner in the photos because the photos make it to appear so. The husband claimed JB didn't always feed the children due to her OCD issues, so he had to feed them, and now the lawyer for the father says little girl was 29 pounds when she was removed from JB after Sky went missing. I think little Sky actually lost the weight when he was left in JB's care because the father wasn't able to make sure he was fed.
2. I think that idea that JB somehow convinced someone to take the child to grandpa in Ukraine is extremely far fetched. It's also extremely unlikely JB would have send one child to grandpa for safety reasons, considering she had 2 children, and daughter appears to be her favorite.

According to the time line that the guy did on Facebook, the Salty's trip was March 13, 2011.

In one of the photos from the hotel when g-pa was visiting, there is a huge stack of clothes sitting on the cabinet behind the tv. There was a lot of pink in that stack. I wonder if she just didn't buy a lot for Sky like she may have for M.

He got that date from Julia's FB. That photo was in the same set as the hotel ones so if we've established that the photo of M with the luggage, supposedly taken on March 30, was actually April 26, then the carousel one may have been taken at Crossroads Mall on April 28.
