Okay, I've got 13 finished up, just have to compose my summary and will get it posted ASAP. Sky has lots of people on his side!! We are going to bring our little fella home.

I would definitely call along with emailing. Months back I had called to leave a tip-I did not leave a message because I realized I could not pronounce the person's name, so I hung up and sent an email. Two days later a detective called me because a call had come into their tip-line for Sky from my phone. (he said he would put my phone # with the email). So they do check that tip-line. I just think it's important that anything emailed is followed up with a phone call, just in case.

Thank you all so much for still forging on in the search for our little man, Sky!
I've been absent for personal reasons (out of state, sick, etc) and then just had to take a mental break from all of these crimes against children.
Last night I was crying because I'm still in disbelief that precious Caylee was murdered, tossed out like garbage and yet her egg donor is free. :tears:
And Julia is wherever she is and Sky is where? Only Julia and God knows! I pray that he is found soon so that she may finally face the charges for what she has done. This is not normal behavior! But, then again, we all know Julia isn't exactly 'normal'. :maddening:

Sorry this is so long. There were several different issues going on and I couldn't seem to be able to condense it without risking leaving out something important.
Review of Thread # 11:
I. Release of new photos / surveillance videos by LE: November 18th:
New photos of Missing toddler and his mother, JB, hoping it may lead to new tips in the search for Sky.

7. Had JB tried to withdraw money from an ATM first and it didn’t work or did she need more than the limit allowed? Is that why she went to the teller? Was she trying to drain the account, thinking of skipping the country, or need cash so her movements and spending could not be tracked? Or, even need the money to pay someone for disappearing Sky? Just a thought, do we know if LE has investigated the bank accounts for any suspicious activity?

3. No pics of Sky past summer 2011; no pics marking his birthday while there are pics of M’s recent birthday. Yet is confirmed that JB uploaded pics Nov. 2011, as if to try to show she has recent pics of him.
4. The photos JB uploaded very possibly have falsified date stamps. Example: photos taken in February of M and Sky with hats and blankets, yet JB dates the photos in September, a month that was too warm for blankets and hats.
5. Could the massive upload of photos indicate that JB was already planning?
6. Could JB have changed M’s eye color and size, etc. using Photoshop, in order to make her look like Sky?

1. The theory is discussed of whether something happened accidentally to Sky, probably not, and whether JB with her severe OCD and hyper-extreme cleanliness issues and dust and dirt phobia, would leave unattended children at home alone. This is jmo, and I hate to even think this, but would JB stoop so low as to lock them in a closet or sedate them so they would sleep while she was gone?
2. Link to JB’s blog, which seems to demonstrate quite clearly her misplaced priorities, all on herself and controlling, rather than caring for her children; and highlights her psychological problems as well.
3. Some discussion about JB showing no interest in what happened to Sky, while spending considerable time on flickr and her blog with the audio of her terrorizing (my wording) her little girl. In fact, she has declined to speak with police since the first day of the investigation.
Interesting, JB’s flickr account now states “Julia Biryukova doesn't have anything available to you.”
4. Did JB leave M and Sky alone on the day of the mediation? Or was Sky left along and M with a babysitter? Why admit to LE that she leaves her children alone for long periods of time?
5. Why no hit on the car by Cadaver dogs. If Sky is deceased, how did JB dispose of him? Did JB use another vehicle to dispose of Sky?
6. Did the little girl really know that Sky was in the car that day or was she just told that by JB? Just a thought, could JB have wrapped up a large doll or whatever in a blanket and put it in the car seat as part of leading the little girl to believe that was Sky?
7. 20 minutes before Sky was reported missing, a tipster saw the car and said it was empty, no Sky. The car was parked up hill so LE do not believe Sky could have gotten out on his own. neesaki, do you have a link for the picture of formula in JB's home? I know most of the pics were taken down by the mods but hoping there might be something to compare your link to the "organic formula" picture. tia!

This is the only one I have other than the blown up pic of the formula I posted in my review. It's kind of hard to see it, but it's sitting on the counter behind where Sky is eating watermelon. I guess I should have included it in my review, huh. Hope this helps.

here are some other points I found interesting.
Scottsdale, AZ-during the mediation, Julia asked for, and was denied, permission to take the kids there for a vacation. She has a friend there, that friend was born in the same country as Solomon. Could mean something, could mean nothing. I think she also asked to travel to Romania-not sure but it was definitely a different country.
Julia and the Flickr photos: In one photo, Julia blocked out Solomon's face on a family picture. They seemed to be on a picnic. I don't think my ex is the greatest guy-but I would never do that-especially on a public flickr page.
Julia and her actions with her daughter-For example, what was posted on that blog during the time Solomon and Julia met because it was his turn to see her. Julia's behavior indicates that she cared more about her own agenda than her daughter. Also, the things Julia said about Solomon within earshot, or directly to, (we don't know) their daughter. For example, when Solomon had her for visitation she suddenly said 'Daddy took Mommy's car. Daddy took Mommy's condo.'' Almost the behavior of someone engaging in parental alienation. I do not think this has anything to do with OCD...although OCD can be co-morbid with other disorders such as personality disorders, etc.
At the least, I cannot understand why she has not been charged with child neglect due to the fact that she left the baby in the car when it 'ran out of gas'-which was proven to be a lie. They were both charged when the kids were left alone in the car at Target-why no charges here?? Nevermind the fact that she said that the kids were alone during the 11 hour mediation. Could something have happened to Sky during that time?
Where is Julia now?? Though I am sure LE knows EXACTLY where she is and is watching her.
Seems her hatred for Solomon outweighed her love for her children. This has proven to be very dangerous to children in the past.
I HOPE she sent him to live somewhere else...that's why I am wondering-LE must have her phone records and computer???

The weather here today is AMAZING!! Beautiful,warm,sunny day! My first thought, as I stepped outside this morning, was about Sky. Im hoping that this spring weather will prompt some searches.

Strictly, strictly my own opinion, here.....but I believe JB likely has a personality disorder in addition to an extreme anxiety disorder (which fuels her OCD). Which one? When M finally was wrested from Biryukova, in November of 2011, she weighed about 30 pounds. She was five years old. Into the bargain, she’d never had her childhood inoculations, in violation of Washington law.
(This is a somewhat biased article, but I found the above quote interesting as something we hadn't heard before, just FYI).
The way we know the children hadn’t been to a doctor while with Biryukova is that Clay Terry sent out 360 letters to every health care provider in six cities near Bellvue asking if they’d ever treated the kids. None had done so. The children’s regular physician hadn’t seen the children during that year.
That’s interesting not only for what it says about Biryukova’s parenting practices, but for what it says about her story that Sky was abducted. She claimed at the time that she had been taking the children to Overlake Hospital, but Overlake Hospital has no record of any appointment with – or call from – Biryukova.

* JB went to her car on 11/4 just after her 1:28am facebook post on November 4th. According to my source, this information was gained from LE's file (apparently, LE was able to verify JB's comings and goings via the building's security system) and the source believes JB might have gone to the car to place a doll wrapped in a blanket to fool M into believing her brother was in the car (this last part not verified by LE). This would back up my belief that JB posts on facebook in times of high stress.
* I called Veloce Apartments and they confirmed that a resident's comings and goings are tracked using a FoB, which would corroborate my source's information that Veloce (and LE) were able to see that JB went to her car on 11/4 around 1:30am.

* JB went to her car on 11/4 just after her 1:28am facebook post on November 4th. According to my source, this information was gained from LE's file (apparently, LE was able to verify JB's comings and goings via the building's security system) and the source believes JB might have gone to the car to place a doll wrapped in a blanket to fool M into believing her brother was in the car (this last part not verified by LE). This would back up my belief that JB posts on facebook in times of high stress.
* I called Veloce Apartments and they confirmed that a resident's comings and goings are tracked using a FoB, which would corroborate my source's information that Veloce (and LE) were able to see that JB went to her car on 11/4 around 1:30am.

#335 Rouge - BELLEVUE, Wash. -- KING 5 News has learned that authorities searching for missing two-year-old Sky Metalwala inspected two garbage transfer stations and a landfill on Tuesday and now believe there is the possibility that they may need to begin digging through 50,000 tons of garbage. FBI agents, among other law enforcement, visited the Houghton Transfer Station in Kirkland and the Factoria Transfer Station in Bellevue, as well as the Cedar Hills landfill where garbage that passes through those facilities is buried.
