I just found sweet Sky on page three . . . he needs to be back up front and center. I just saw Rouge's beautiful baby boy! OMG . . . what a cherub! He is going to have the world's best parents who love and care for him and would never leave him alone in a car!

Little Sky - we want you to be found, to bring closure to your Daddy and Sister, we want your perpetrator caught, convicted and justice for you sweet child. We want JB held accountable for her neglect of her children, the sick and twisted things she forced her husband and children to endure because of her own obsessions, and the lack of remorse she has shown for the loss of her little boy (and daughter). With the arrest of Coral Pearl Hall's grandmother today for her disappearance and death (some 14 years later) - I have tremendous hope that this case will continue to be worked by LEO until we find Sky.

I keep thinking mom will get arrested on some un related charge. For a gal so odd and sadistic, she sure has a way of avoiding LE. One day they will pick her up on a theft or fraud or impersonation type charge and once they've got her, they can really go balls out on her in an interview. I think that's our best bet now that she slips up in some other way and gets caught.

If we are allowed to speculate, does anyone have a theory on where this precious baby may be, COD, theories etc?

I'm bumping up my timelines from previous posts to address this question. I believe Sky died as a result of malnutrition/starvation and/or active homicide sometime in late October. And, I firmly believe JB is his murderer. My best guess is that it happened after the first airing of SVU's "Missing Pieces" (on October 19th) and before the mediation on November 1st (I believe she was scheming for a way out at this point). Narrowing it down further, I believe Sky passed away between October 20th and the 24th, as the 24th is when we first see JB making plans and excuses (see the below timelines). I believe she put him in the trash chute at Veloce Apartments sometime between October 20th and 28th and the trash was emptied on October 21st and 28th. She then started concocting an alibi. It wasn't until the RE-airing of SVU's "Missing Pieces" on November 5th that a light bulb went off in JB's head and she thought she had the perfect story for how to explain away Sky's absence. The following day, November 6th, she reported him missing under circumstances very similar to the plot line of that TV episode -- after all her other attempts to evade his absence being noticed failed (i.e. attempts at gaining sole custody, moving out of state, etc). That's my theory.

Since we have some new sleuths on here, thought I'd bump up my other timeline as well that shows how JB's online posting correlate to the state of her mental health (IMO). Maybe some fresh eyes could make something of this?

I've noticed something about JB's facebook page: she tends to post during times of high stress. Here we go:

March 10, 2010: thanks people on facebook for her birthday wishes
March 11, 2010: JB sends the suicidal text message and is involuntarily hospitalized

*There is a long facebook hiatus while JB is hospitalized and then getting a battery of tests and treatment at Navos Institution; 3 weeks after her discharge, the custody battle ensues and the facebook posts pick up again

September 27, 2010: thanks SO for some facebook pics
September 27, 2010: SM and JB appear before the courts and shared custody is rendered
September 28, 2010: JB rejoices on facebook that she was deemed "the primary parent" by the courts

August 31, 2011: I can't understand all the lingo in the court record, but JB is listed as a defendent in a complaint filed on this day in King County Superior Court; it refers to an unlawful detainer

*It could all be coincidence, but if JB does post on facebook during times of high stress, then it is possible that the October dates she posted on facebook could be one of the days Sky actually went missing. Those dates are: October, 13, 19, 21, 23 (twice) and November 4th. It also narrows down the days LE would want to check the landfills to October 14, 21, 28 and November 4th

Thanks, Gitana! No, those were not her only posts -- I should have said that and thank you for bringing it up. Those were the posts that I was able to link to a date that was "high stress" for JB. I was trying to put on my "psychologist hat" and look at things from that angle, hoping to glean some new information. I thought that someone with OCD might resort to some kind of predictable stress release like surfing the internet....or watching a Justin Beiber music video.

JB didn't post daily and, up until mid/late August of 2011, she didn't post regularly at all. This is why I started thinking there might be something to the fact that she really upped the frequency of posts in August when everything REALLY started falling apart.

Here's the break-down of everything I have access to:

March 2010: 2 posts
April 2010: 0 posts

Just thinking here... but I've been reading Allison DuBois' books, and she does mention in them that she DOES help LE, family or family friends when ASKED!! Someone here - sorry - but can't remember 'who' - but are in touch with Sky's father - couldn't you ask him to contact Allison to help??!!! I bet she could find little Sky!!

Those two actions are a direct contradiction to me. One is the action of a woman not in need or concerned about getting money. The other is the action of a woman quite desperate for money. Yet they are only a couple of days apart. So what happened there?

Did Julia suddenly lose all the money she had within a couple of days of offering to give up any claim for child support?
If she did, why not just say she did need child support after all? Why go after a rich man on a dating website?

It suggests to me that Julie maybe had a specific reason for offering to give up child support if she could move away with the children. It seems like a hasty decision to me. Even a panicked one, imo.

Articles from when Skye went missing, stated that apparently, Mr. Metalwala would leave his work in Seattle early everyday at about 2pm and come home and feed the children their first meal fo the day, because everyone would be asleep when he left for work and Julia wouldn't allow food in the house. I don't know what time the kids ate the night before or how late they went to bed, but that is a loooong stretch of time for a toddler.

I could be wrong, that was the take on what I read when Skye went missing.

That's extremely worrying, because Dad wasn't even there around the time Sky disappeared. And some of the articles mentioned Solomon had to take the children to McDonald's to eat at night, because Julia was too busy cleaning and had become reluctant to go out anyway.

We're running out of options here, about how and when she actually managed to get food inside her children. I wonder where Julia did shop for her food. If it was a small store nearby, the owner might recall the kind of things she purchased, and how often. Or maybe she had her shopping delivered? Is that a possibility in the area she lived, does anyone know?

Yes there is a grocery store within walking distance, several fast food places and a couple of specialty stores. Her apt. was right in the downtown of Redmond. She had access to a lot of retail stores. I believe the police canvassed the area for info. and for video surveillance.

Yes, the last confirmed sighting of Sky was quite some time before he was actually reported missing. Unfortunately he may have actually been missing (sent away, deceased) well before that day with the car when she claimed he was taken.

I believe the things I remember reading about the families schedule (when the kids were fed) was from articles that quoted statements made in the Metalwala's divorce papers.

It's almost impossible for me to imagine having two children in the house - except a very new baby - and being able to function without leaving the house frequently. As the last seen was so long before Sky disappeared, I don't undstand why Julia's family haven't come forward to say they saw him.

Julia's marriage was breaking up and she was living alone, so I would have thought her family - who seem extremely supportive now - would have been seeing her quite frequently then.

Sky Crew - I am still here waiting for justice or even word about our lil man Sky. Yesterday was my birthday and I made several wishes (2 years in a row now). I hope that Solomon and princess M can feel the love from all over the world directed at them and Sky. I hope that there is an investigator that can't sleep at night because he constantly thinks about Sky and wants this case solved. Because when there is a dedicated LE officer, they help bring about justice when most of the rest of the world has moved on. I hope Julia cannot sleep at night and is always looking over her shoulder waiting for her own arrest. Even if she is not worried that Sky is still missing, I hope she is worried about her own self and worried that some day she will have to pay for her crimes. It IS a crime what she put those darling children through - and it IS a crime when your small son goes missing and you are too selfish to talk to the police about him or even look for him. Grrrrrrr.
