Thanks.It still makes me cringe though.
I know, me too. ;D I wish he'd use the word "hide" or "conceal".

Hey Badger: I think that if Ms Julia tried to get a flight that they would arrest her on the neglect charges quicker than snot... (I bet they have a plan in place)

I was out of town for the weekend and I'm trying hard to catch up so forgive me if I missed the link to this info previously, would you mind reposting it? Thanks!

Do you think they would necessarily know before she fled? Maybe they have her under surveillance.

Someone in the last thread mentioned his lawyer was wanting to work out some of the things that the last poly revealed (Paraphrasing) so I'm guessing he did not pass with flying colors. I missed that info, and if anyone has a link to the article or video, I'd very much appreciate a link to review. TIA Just me, I don't doubt this man put up with a lot, but can't help thinking there is more to this. His demeanor, to me, is different when in the company of his lawyer. He's quite the people person, imo. I have no doubt JB is responsible for his disappearance, but how it all came about is what I'm :banghead:.
**Has it been said if the keys were left in the car?
I seem to remember that in the Aisenberg case they got a probable cause warrant to bug the house. The problem was that the recording they got was mostly inaudible. The police claimed that certain things said were incriminating but I think later it was decided the recording was too poor to say for sure what was being said.
I wonder if perhaps they do have some ability to electronically monitor her conversations or if someone has agreed to wear a wire. Perhaps they are hoping that they will catch her confessing to either harming Sky or moving him out of the country, or staging the kidnap to cover an accident, etc., etc.
In light of what we all saw in Caylee's case, I'm sure they are aware that even if they rule out a SODDI defense, that still does not mean a conviction.

I read the father's court statement last night. Was he still going over to feed the children right up until Sky disappeared? Neither child looked like they weren't being fed. Were all the pictures with food staged? His description of JB's behavior made her seem so out of control, how could she even make it to the mediation?
Something doesn't add up --- most especially the mother's story of Sky's disappearance. Running out of gas and leaving your baby in the car. This is one strange case.
imhoo heck yeah! They most likely have an alert on her passport (if she has one) and alerts at the airports and I am sure they have a tail on her
:twocents::twocents::twocents:
this lady should be facing severe charges/investigation into the neglect... I think their "strategy"is brilliant... perhaps they want her to try to take off ala Scott Peterson?? hmmmmm:waitasec:
There would also be the possibility that LE would be watching her to see if she goes to the last place she left Sky. Didn't Scott Peterson go to the Bay after Laci "went missing"? Not to revisit that crime again, but she might have seconds thoughts about where she left Sky, if she thinks LE is getting too close, and may decide to check on things to make sure all is secure and "clean" (shudders).
imo
If he was granted visitation on Thursday, why has he not had contact with her? (from the GMA interview from today)
