Here's the deal:

- I'm no 'Patty' when it comes to this stuff... :innocent:
- the sound is low b/c I kept getting feedback (that you can hear at the beginning - sorry!)
- the sound and video are not in sync so I am re-mixing it to match the frames. It will take 30 more minutes and I have to leave to get my kids, so I probably won't be here to upload it right away. I'll do that later and re-post the link DONE!

After all of that, if you still want to see what I have now - ha ha! - here it is:

Sky's Press Conference, Nov. 14, 10:30am, PST

http://youtu.be/GxkndfmbH3o

Again, I apologize! :seeya:

Hey Badger: I think that if Ms Julia tried to get a flight that they would arrest her on the neglect charges quicker than snot... (I bet they have a plan in place)

moo

I hadn't thought about that. It might actually be a good thing for this investigation, or at least giving her some hard time, if she tries to flee, and they're ready for that contingency.

Do you think they would necessarily know before she fled? Maybe they have her under surveillance.

Thanks. :) It still makes me cringe though.

as a nurse it makes me cringe too (and see/ think of other secretions... that are not best thought about when eating lunch)

He bobbled a bit on that, didn't he? I got the impression he's not 100% sure where she is. There was something that made him hesitate.

imhoo heck yeah! They most likely have an alert on her passport (if she has one) and alerts at the airports and I am sure they have a tail on her

:twocents::twocents::twocents:

this lady should be facing severe charges/investigation into the neglect... I think their "strategy"is brilliant... perhaps they want her to try to take off ala Scott Peterson?? hmmmmm:waitasec:

I seem to remember that in the Aisenberg case they got a probable cause warrant to bug the house. The problem was that the recording they got was mostly inaudible. The police claimed that certain things said were incriminating but I think later it was decided the recording was too poor to say for sure what was being said.

I wonder if perhaps they do have some ability to electronically monitor her conversations or if someone has agreed to wear a wire. Perhaps they are hoping that they will catch her confessing to either harming Sky or moving him out of the country, or staging the kidnap to cover an accident, etc., etc.

In light of what we all saw in Caylee's case, I'm sure they are aware that even if they rule out a SODDI defense, that still does not mean a conviction.

<snip>
Someone in the last thread mentioned his lawyer was wanting to work out some of the things that the last poly revealed (Paraphrasing) so I'm guessing he did not pass with flying colors. I missed that info, and if anyone has a link to the article or video, I'd very much appreciate a link to review. TIA Just me, I don't doubt this man put up with a lot, but can't help thinking there is more to this. His demeanor, to me, is different when in the company of his lawyer. He's quite the people person, imo. I have no doubt JB is responsible for his disappearance, but how it all came about is what I'm :banghead:.
**Has it been said if the keys were left in the car?

I have such compassion for others who have shared their childhoods with us. I just wanted to add when I read the above post that my father would appear
normal around others but living with him was like.. I will just say I have clinical depression.

When I read your last sentence I paused. MOO

They need a warrant and I am sure they would have no trouble getting one because this involves a missing endangered child.
Maybe these friends of hers that have supported her can get her to talk.

Couple of things about a couple of posts.

I went and watched (and transcribed the part pertaining to M) the GMA interview from this morning.

Reporter "You also spoke to your 4 year old, uh, you have a 4 year old daughter with your wife as well. Have you been able to talk to her about what happened to your son?"

SM "No sir"

Reporter "Not at all?"

SM "No sir. No sir."

This exchange tells me that SM has not spoken to M about what happened that day with Sky NOT that he has not spoken to her at all. He was simply answering the question that was asked of him and did not expand on it.

Now, pertaining to when JB and the kids moved into the apartment and if it was after Dec 2010 or not. I found these by looking at photos on JBs flickr account.

November 29, 2010 photos of the kids in the apartment at Veloce.

December 1, 2010 photos of M and Sky in the "communal computer room" at the Veloce Apartments.

December 12, 2010 photos of the kids at M's 4th birthday party at the club room at Veloce Apartments.

Hope that helps.

Respectfully snipped for relevance.

I'm thinking the agency they spoke yesterday about having a 2-3 hr conference call with is either the DA's office or the LE in the CA case. How to avoid a similar outcome?

I read the father's court statement last night. Was he still going over to feed the children right up until Sky disappeared? Neither child looked like they weren't being fed. Were all the pictures with food staged? His description of JB's behavior made her seem so out of control, how could she even make it to the mediation?

Something doesn't add up --- most especially the mother's story of Sky's disappearance. Running out of gas and leaving your baby in the car. This is one strange case.

When Julia is in her home with her husband and her children, who is in control?
It certainly isn't JUST Julia. Her husband is another adult, who has some sort of say in it.

When Julia is in her house ALONE with her children, the person in charge is clear. No adult to control.

I would imagine that her OCD goes along with control issues. That it gets worse the more out of control she feels.
That when Solomon moved out, it calmed down a bit because she felt more in control being the only adult there.

It is very possible that removing the other adult gave her the control to function a bit more normally.

Now... I would suspect that if you take ALL control away from her (cleaning, eating, laundry in addition to M.)
She would probably crack pretty fast. I think she would probably lose it.

It doesn't appear she "adapts" like I do. I can adapt to just about anything (or anywhere) despite my OCD.

Julia doesn't strike me as that type of person given how often they moved because of her.

If she isn't adaptable she isn't going to do well in a dirty jail with mean guards telling her what to do. :innocent:

There would also be the possibility that LE would be watching her to see if she goes to the last place she left Sky. Didn't Scott Peterson go to the Bay after Laci "went missing"? Not to revisit that crime again, but she might have seconds thoughts about where she left Sky, if she thinks LE is getting too close, and may decide to check on things to make sure all is secure and "clean" (shudders).

imo

If he was granted visitation on Thursday, why has he not had contact with her? (from the GMA interview from today)

Friday was a court holiday (Veteran's Day), and no work done over the weekend. I'm "pretty sure" paperwork to provide visitation takes at least 1 business day (but I personally have no experience).

I would think that just because visitation was granted on Thursday, that doesn't necessarily mean he gets to see her straightaway -- as there's usually red tape to get through.

I hope S gets to see M soon!

MOO

Ok I see 6 cents there. That's at least 5 more than allowed by hospital administration. I'm sorry to tell you you'll never be a paper pusher :floorlaugh:
