Here, from Jan. of this year. Grab a cup of coffee. It's long and detailed: http://images.bimedia.net/documents/Decl+of+Solomon+Metalwala.pdf

Wow, I'm halfway through and I can certainly see why SM seems so subdued in interviews. He has to be absolutely beaten down by what he has gone through with this woman. I had some doubts about his statements about her OCD but not anymore. The level of detail and specifics he has given tells me that this is a very real thing.

I can see why he would be so reluctant to say anything to the media that he felt might set her off. A previous poster described him as someone being held hostage, that is exactly what I'm seeing here.

That's just the thing. If, God forbid, something has happened to little Sky and they do eventually find him, will they be able to establish what happened?

If not, I am sure her lawyer will do the same thing Baez did....say that an accident occurred when the child was left unattended. A lot of us have already wondered if that was the case here. You could drive a truck through the window of reasonable doubt in this case right now....

There would also be the possibility that LE would be watching her to see if she goes to the last place she left Sky. Didn't Scott Peterson go to the Bay after Laci "went missing"? Not to revisit that crime again, but she might have seconds thoughts about where she left Sky, if she thinks LE is getting too close, and may decide to check on things to make sure all is secure and "clean" (shudders).

imo

Yes, also the Valerie Jackson murder in Spokane,WA ,where they found little
Valerie's body in a remote area by putting a tracking device on her father's
car when he returned to her grave.

Yes! Even in Caylee's case there was a time when ICA was supposedly staying at Ricardo's, but her cell pings showed her driving to George and Cindy's neighborhood in the middle of the night....meanwhile George and Cindy didn't remember any late night visits from her. It's possible that she got into the house without waking them, but a lot of us theorized that she had driven there to check on the place she left Caylee.

Also the child from australia, they followed the mom on the anniversary of the child going missing and she led them straight to the child's grave :(

True. "reasonable doubt" would be to suggest that the child was murdered versus an accidental death. Shades of Casey Anthony. I just hope the fine State of Washington has better jurors and that the prosecution hammers home the fact that the "accident" would not have occurred if the child was properly supervised.

But we are getting ahead of ourselves aren't we...lol I hope and pray that Sky is found alive and well, but as each day passes and each lie is revealed it is difficult not to consider the possibility that he is no longer with us. Ironically, his mother knows what happened and she isn't talking. I do hope they find out the truth soon.

Such a darling little boy. He deserves better.

He is adorable. How absolutely heartbreaking! Poor little Sky, first he's taken away from his Daddy and then who know's what happened to him in his Mother's care. The fact she barely had any pics of him on her facebook makes me so sad. How can any Mother favor one of her children over the other? This Mother sounds like a lunatic!

With or without mental illness, I don't think it is as rare as we'd like to believe (a mother preferring one child to another.) It just doesn't usually result in a crime, IMO. Whatever has happened to Sky was a criminal act and in my opinion, the mother is involved. I'm just not sure that Sky is deceased however and usually I am very pessimistic in these cases.

This is a very important document for people to read. It paints a totally different picture of what was going on in this situation than the one most people jumped to right out of the gate when Sky was first reported missing. I hope that it will help many people learn to with hold judgement until they have more information. - - Some of the details are triggering some serious horror of what we went through ourselves in our own situation with a mentally ill mother who was committed during her baby's first year. It's strange how surreal it seems when you are LIVING it in the moment and now, after just a year has passed, I fall to the floor in humble gratitude that no one died during our year of hell. The wheels turn way too slowly when the lives of innocent babies are at risk.

Sky's dedicated and loving father writes very accurately about the frustration of having so-called "friends" attach their own projections in the situation (without adequate information) and cause serious harm. We also had clueless friends with no understanding of how dangerous things really were that interjected themselves into the mix, wanting to be a "fixer and savior". This is EXACTLY what I think the "underground networks" do when they believe the stories of one person and then unilaterally make the decision to rob innocent children of the comfort, safety, and security of their families.

I think those found to be guilty of such actions should be prosecuted as kidnappers.

I agree. I'm hoping and praying that adorable little Sky is out there somewhere. You are probably right about it not being rare for a Mother to favor one over the other. I can't even favor my pets! They all get the same affection. I too prefer to be optimistic, like in little Lisa's case I still don't belive her Mother is involved even though she was drunk. I just hope Julia (Sky's Mother) passed him off to someone and didn't do what Casey Anthony did.

Well, my optimism does not extend to little Lisa's case...

It is bothering me that the most recent photos of either of the kids were taken on April 2, 2011 when they are on the mini carousel at Crossroads in Bellevue. JB uploaded those 9 photos on April 3, 2011 along with some other photos from March 2011. Then there are no new photos at all of the kids but JB does go on her flickr account to upload photos (that are older) and to edit photos that were already on her account. Of those 9 photos only 2 are focused on Sky, the other 7 are focused on M. It makes me wonder what was going on that she was no longer taking lots of photos, especially of M.

They had a court date on April 3, 2011.

Unlike the Lisa case I am less than impressed by the LE here. They seem to have a very laid back attitude about the whole thing.

Interesting that Law and Order SVU is not listed as a favorite television show on the facebook account, also that her pic is of her and Sky. I can't see when anything was changed as I do not have an account. The other listings show someone that is not well rounded or wordly. IMO.

The flickr account shows happy, well cared for, well adjusted, well fed, even fun, children to me. Also shows them playing on a bed, in a pool, eating candy in chair. Still looking... Appears some were uploaded BEFORE that statement by the father...still looking...

I respectfully disagree. LE in this case has been very savvy in the use of the media, doing searches, and being respectful to the community, JB and SM. In baby Lisa's case, not so much.

Synopsis of one of JB's favorite movies:

The name of the assassin: Evelyn Salt. Concerned about the safety of her husband, who she cannot contact, she goes on the run. Winter refuses to accept that she is a mole or a double agent but her actions begin to raise doubts. Just who is Evelyn Salt and what is she planning?
