Found Safe WA - Tacoma, 10-Year-Old Boy Duct Taped and Taken Near School by Grandfather

This is very strange. No name of the child but some pictures and video

]Tacoma Police Department is looking for an unidentified 10 year old white male, thin build, dark hair, wearing a blue sweat top and blue sweat pants. The child is accompanied by an unidentified 50 year old white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, medium build, grey beard wearing tan fedora hat, sunglasses, a red checkered flannel shirt and blue jeans. The male reportedly duct taped the child and placed him in a gold or silver 4-door vehicle that resembles a 2017 Toyota Camry and fled the area southbound from Delong Elementary School at 4901 s 14th street in Tacoma. Anyone with information call 9-1-1 or Tacoma PD tip line at 253-798-8

That pic is creepy. The guy obviously knows someone is watching him. He looked right at the person taking the pic.

It is funky and I can't figure out why. I think I have seen someone stand like that and I can't think of who right now. I don't live anywhere near there.

A group of students who were hanging out after school happened to look up and spot the man, who had already duct taped the boy's legs as he sat on the ground. "He was duct taping his legs together and possibly his hands to his thighs," police spokeswoman Loretta Cool said.

The students pulled out their cell phones and started recording. They called 911 after the man drove the boy away in what appeared to be a gold or silver four-door sedan. Police said the car looks similar to a Toyota Camry.

Oh wow. This one hit home. My son has autism and he has behaviors but dang. I’d be livid if that was my son. I’m livid for this child. Restraining with duct tape isn’t ‘safe’ or acceptable. I can not believe anyone can be ok with that.
