According to Joe's attorney, the Overstreet's sometimes went to Florida to visit the Croslin's and the Croslin's sometimes traveled to Florida to visit with the Overstreet's. (according to Joe's attorney....lol)

Joe's mother is Lisa's sister, so there is the familial thing. It was reported that Joe traveled to Florida with a friend from Nashville that also had some relatives in that area so it was convenient. It is also reported that Joe stayed with Tommy and Lyndsy first before going to stay with Timmy and Chelsea in Crescent City. After the incident with RC's gun being stolen and it being recovered from the ditch is the point that Joe went to stay with Timmy and Chelsea.

Gram, it was said that Jo had this attorney for over 3 years and he stepped in to help Jo with Haleigh's case. It is speculation that LE was mad that he stop cooperating with them or that he had even stopped cooperating. I don't believe that to be true.

I wonder how LE felt when Ron, the father of the missing child, stop cooperating?:waitasec: If people think Jo stopped cooperating with LE and it is a sign of guilt....What do you think about Ron not cooperating. It has to be a sign of guilt, also, right?? It seems Ron's actions keep being overlooked by some. Not me though.

I thought LE was on to Ronald from the get-go, and we would find out he had been the main suspect all along. I no longer think that. Ron's actions have not just been overlooked, they have been totally ignored. No matter how far he strays from the actions of a grieving father, it's just not considered. When Ron rolled around on the ground with a crumpled picture of his daughter, I knew he was guilty. When Ron warned Misty to watch what she said to Donna Brock, I knew he was guilty. When Ron married Misty 30 days after Haleigh went missing, I knew he was guilty. The day TN walked into the jail and uttered the words, "do you think she'll talk?" I knew Ron was guilty. I don't care if they have video of him at work all 12 hours, I know he's guilty. You can kill a person in less than a minute. The fact that Haleigh's little body has never been found, makes me think he's had plenty of help in hiding that little body.

Chelsea said that the van keys were out of place and the van had been moved and that there was a long scratch on it. Actually after the gun incident, Joe went to Hank & Lisa's place to stay. Then he went to Timmy's after Hank had the accident since they probably didn't want him having a key to the place while H & L were both gone.

That would be Chelsea Croslin. Stating that she couldn't 100% account for Joe the entire evening. She also said the van wasn't parked the way she parked it, she said she knew how she parked it and she wouldn't park it like that.

Remember though that Cousin Joe said he went to visit Hank SR in the hospital, he rode to the hospital in Gainesville to pick up Lisa C. Chelsea got the call that Haleigh was missing and decided to drive to Gainesville with Joe( who she couldn't 100% account for) to get Lisa. Strange scenario if you ask me.

I'm having a real problem with the timeline. If Joe did this, when was this supposed to have happened? According to Lindsy, she arrived home at 10:30 and Tommy had dinner cooked, the kids were put to bed and everything was fine. She's also said she would have woken up if Tommy had ever left during the middle of the night.

Then you have Chelsea stating she was up late working on insurance papers and the van was still at the house. So if Joe took the van after Chelsea went to sleep, Tommy (according to Lindsy) wasn't available to go with Joe.

The two timelines aren't matching up. When Joe was available, Tommy was not. UNLESS, all this action took place shortly after GGMS saw the Norman Rockwell setting on the front porch at 7:00-7:30 and this supposed murder took place between 7:30-10:00, allowing Tommy to rush back home and prepare dinner.

Which leads us to whether Joe was at the mobile home that early in the evening and if he was, did GGMS see him too? Surely Chelsea would know if Joe was home or not while she was working on insurance papers.

The timelines aren't matching up with Tommy and Joe IMO.

Thank you for posting this..I started a post the other night about the times we have been given concerning the activities of some of the players but when I hit submit, it never went through due to connectivity problems I was experiencing. But I could not find a time frame when Jo and Tommy could have done this either....

7:00 and 8:00 pm GGMS states she saw Haleigh alive and well on the front porch.
8:30 Ron C and Misty big fight on telephone
9:00 - 9:30 Ron C calls Tommy's house looking for Misty
10:00 Lindsey comes home from class.. She and Tommy eat dinner and go to bed..

Chelsey states she stayed up late filing insurance papers and TiC was in bed on pain meds due to accident..She doesn't mention Jo though.. but I would think she would know IF Jo had taken her van...

I am quoting the above because I am amazed at all the "excitement" (for lack of a better term) that happens within this family, within a short amount of time. I find it so sad. Lots of pain killers, talk of guns, stealing, etc. and sweet Haleigh (and other children) being subjected to this environment. Breaks my heart.
As far a JO's being involved, who knows? This is so frustrating. When Haleigh went missing, never for a moment did I think that these people would baffle any of us for long. Maybe JO's timing of the visit was coincidental, maybe not. Do I think he is a sweet innocent kid? No way. Not many sweet innocent people in Haleigh's life to begin with (in MOO.) Just not convinced that JO had anything to do with this and maybe the fact that he was in town is a great way for others to blame him. I just wish it would all be sorted out and solved.

They were NOT created so posters can just make up scenarios without any kind of back up. A few posts have been removed because they are based on rumor and ideas more than fact. We must have some kind of fact to back up our theories.

I’d been up late trying to figure out insurance claims for our car that was wrecked, dealing with an injured father in law and then, we go to sleep and about 4 a.m., and I get a phone call.”~ end snip

So Sunday they went to Gainsville to drop Lisa c off with Hank....then drove back to crescent City and her house. So Joe could have visited Hank SR in the hospital then. But, then she says this:

At about 6 a.m., “I woke up Timmy when we realized this was serious. I couldn’t imagine anything like this. I just figured she’s probably hiding in a closet. My kids hide from me all the time. It was no game. ...and you know what just occurred to me?? Joe must have went to see Hank SR on Sunday....not Monday when Chelsea raced back to pick up Lisa. Hmm...so where was Joe at that point? Did he go along for the ride or no? In the last paragraph of her account to Art Harris, she states her and Timmy joined the long list of family giving statements to police.....Joe states he was with Lisa and Misty hanging fliers that Monday Morning...Lisa was brought back by Chelsea from Gainesville. So I wonder when Joe was interviewed and how he met back up with Misty. Very strange.
