Was Joe involved?

I am more confused about Joe and this hospital visit. It doesn't make sense that he would go visit Hank SR on Tuesday morning in the middle of a crisis, but it sounds like that is what his lawyer is stating. Am I losing my mind?

Why is it confusing? I suspect Chelsey went to the hospital to get Lisa because Misty needed her mother...Now, I don't know IF TiC went with Chelsey or not to get Lisa but IF he did I suspect either they did not want Jo to stay at the house by himself or Jo didn't want to stay at their house by himself...

Did he have any scratches? WAs his hands all banged up like Rc's???
I only saw a pix of Joe hanging up posters.........what date was that???

It doesn't make sense because Haleigh was already missing at this point and Gainesville is a 3 hour round trip. Sure Chelsea was going anyway to pick up Lisa but I doubt that Joe was visiting Hank SR on Tuesday morning. How long could he have possibly visited for? A quick 2 minutes before they had to rush back to Putnam County and give interviews about the last time they each saw Haleigh? Chelsea said her and Timmy got in line with the rest of the family members to give interviews at the police station that morning. Something doesn't seem right about the whole hospital visit...that's just me.

Misty stated in her LVA that Jo and her mother picked her up after she was questioned by LE. She also stated Jo did not want to go down to the police department because he was scared. She also stated someone in LE told her not to go back down to the area..Jo claims the same..So they hung flyers at the store.. RIght now, I'm wondering WHY Hank Sr. was delivered by ambulance to Tommy's house on Tyler instead of going to his home on Magnolia..JMO

As for Joe's visit with Hank, Sr., I think that trip was probably more to pick up Lisa than it was to visit. Since Joe knew he was leaving that afternoon or evening, he probably just wanted to say goodbye to his uncle. I know I don't stay long on hospital visits, but I think the main purpose of the trip was to get Lisa and take her to her daughter. Also, Chelsea said they were up and moving by 6:00 a.m. If they left around 7:00 or 8:00, they could have still been back mid to late morning.

Supposedly Hank had to be taken home by ambulance due to his leg cast. He couldn't get into a regular vehicle due to his leg being cast straight out in front of him.

It is a bit lighter, but maybe that's the hand he got shot in. I think he got shot in the hand while trying to rob a car, maybe he had a cast or something on it.
