Was Zenaidas' stay at Tampa General investigated?

Does anyone have info on Caseys' story about Zannys'
car wreck and treatment at Tampa General Hospital on 6/23-6/25? Wouldn't there be a police report, medical insurance info, etc?
Casey named a Stephanie or similiar name as Zannys' sister.

My apologies if this topic has been analyzed but I couldn't find this specific topic in the other threads.
