The judge is smart to grant most all of it. He knows they will get it soon anyway. Baez was probably hoping to be turned down on all requests so he will have something for appeal. IMO, this hearing was a big loss for him even though he was granted what he asked for. By the time the judge rules on the home confinement issue, it will be a moot point.

I kind of thought this, too. If they file the murder or whatever charge,as has been indicated , the state has to give it to them what they have, so does it make a big difference?

Witness Mr Ashton out of state he is on telephone very unusual since out of state but judge will allow this time since critical motions ....clerk to dial up and swear in ((on speaker phone very hard to understand ))... Judge told him to answer only questions that are asked and to Proscutor objects to swearing in on phone but Judge allows ........
