Although they have not been sequestered, that option’s not off the table. Judge Edward Burmila has reserved that right if he decides it’s necessary. He talked about that Wednesday night when a note from the jury asked whether they would go home after deliberations or have to stay somewhere else.
“I don’t want to answer (a jury question) in such a way that it suggests that (sequestration) would never happen. That remains a possibility,” said Burmila.

Oh it'll happen in prison. I just don't think it will be an attractive 18 year old girl. Lol! But knowing DP and JB, they'll try to make money off his future nuptials.

On In Session, they (Vinnie and Mike Brooks) were just saying that, yesterday when the jury asked for the pictures of the bruising on Kathy, there was some kind of mistake and they didn't get some of the pictures. So, this morning there's a meeting about that, and so far, the jury still doesn't have all the pictures and, apparently, is unaware that it doesn't.

The families of his victims can still sue him and ensure he doesn't profit off of the deaths of his 3rd and 4th wives. This is if he is convicted. Actually they can still probably sue him even if he is acquitted (assuming statute of limitations has not passed). It will just be a whole lot sweeter if he's behind bars.

Just thinking that a GV may open the doors to any trial he testified in

Does anyone have any information on any trial(s) DP was involved in...as an officer?
Or what the law is in IL

maybe they read a few post here like MINE that stated I wouldn't hire them for a speeding ticket. That I think how they handled themselves was a death to their case load. LMAO Now they playing favor to media *gag*

Me too. Especially since Stacy has not been found to date. She still has a voice and a voice to help put DP away. It must be some comfort to her Family and Friends. I'm also happy Stacy is in their heads. Somewhere in their personal thinking they have to be asking themselves where is she. Unless they already know.

Here is a video from yesterday. Cassandra Cales speaks about Stacy, she rarely speaks to the media. Pam Boscoe usually speaks for the Cales family. It was nice to hear from Cassandra. I can't imagine having your sister gone, and not having her body home to rest. :candle:

Why is it taking so long for them to correct their mistake and get those remaining pics to the jury. They think they have everything pertaining to the bruises. This could be critical. Hope the PT is raising £€£#. :maddening:
